Partner in Wine Arvostelua 

Beautiful cooling bag, tumblers and wine bottle. I am always impressed by the quality and vibrant colours that Partner in Wine produces. The attention to detail is exceptional, and every product feels both stylish and premium. They make the perfect addition to any gathering, especially with the recent heatwaves.

I was really excited to receive my order, but unfortunately it was a HUGE disappointment.

For a bundle costing around £200, the quality was nowhere near what I expected. The picnic blanket looked much cheaper than advertised, and the cooling bag felt flimsy and looked washed out compared to the vibrant colours shown on the website and Instagram. The two items didn’t even match each other properly regarding their colours.

I contacted the customer service and despite explaining my concerns, I was told I had to pay for the return myself including insurance as they wont cover it if it gets lost. I paid £7 for delivery and then another £19 to send the order back, so I ended up £26 out of pocket just to return products, so bare that in mind if you are not happy with the cheap looking blanket and cooling bags you will have to pay a lot to send it back as they dont offer prepaid labels like every other brand.

Sadly, this was my first experience with the brand, and it will also be my last. I expected premium quality for the price, but that’s not what I received.

I bought the wine cooler and tumbler for my DiL's birthday as she's an avid follower of Lucy on Insta. In her words, "I'm so chuffed with them, I've wanted them for ages." Lucy's personal approach to her customers is so very endearing, and it's great to see such entrepreneurial spirit succeed.

We are truly spoilt by Lucy.. I began my affair with Partner in Wine when I first ordered the PIW wine cooler & matching tumblers for myself and then a gift for my mum. We absolutely love them. Fridge cold wine all day even in high temps.
I’ve also ordered the sage cool cool bag which also is brilliant. Then just to continue buy myself gifts I have just got the Sage Everything picnic blanket. Every time I’ve used it I’ve had compliments. Lucy please keep spoiling us.. a real fan and a real customer 5 🌟

My all time fave brand for all things picnic! My collection keeps growing with the wine journal, 3 bottles, 4 cups, an ice queen, two blankets and the new lavender CCB I cannot wait for my next purchase. Everyone is some complimentary of all the items. Would recommend to everyone!! Lucy, you & your company is so lovely🫶🏻

Received my picnic blanket and it is really lovely. The colour and the feel. Looks very classy and is practical as well. My 2 year old is allowed near/on it as it is quite robust too. On that note, my review would have been 5 stars if not for the packaging. I wasn't at home to receive the item and it was left outside in the rain. Not specifically PiW's fault as we do have a sealed area for packages and it was not left in there. However, the cardboard box and 1 sheet of tissue paper were not sufficient and the box literally fell open with the blanket and tissue paper in a wet mess. Had to pick off the tissue paper and dry off the blanket as soon as I got home. Maybe reconsider eco friendly water resistant packaging.

I love my new ICE QUEEN cup, it is absolutely gorgeous :) Excllent customer service, prompt notifications and speedy delivery.

I have several PiW products and was excited for the launch of the cool bag. The team were able to delay my delivery until I returned from abroad to make sure I didn’t miss out!

The products are high quality & you can tell a lot of thought has gone into the design. An excellent business I will continue to support & promote.

I have to say I’m a big fan of Partner in Wine and have bought a few items over the years.
I started with the ice queen cup, which I had to get for my friend too as there’s something empowering about a bubblegum pink girl cup to help you hydrate.
I now have two of the wine bottles and four tumblers as I love elevated picnic-ware. Of course I went for a pink and desert sand combination as that aesthetic can be girly or neutral depending on how many of you there are and the vibe you are picnicking towards.
The everything blanket is one of my favourite purchases as it just is everything you need for the perfect picnic blanket. I personally find the pink very Malibu and I’m about that. Thank you for making great products that make every day things feel a little more fabulous.

Lovely present, arrived well packaged. There had been a delay which I wasn’t informed of until I enquired, but once I did the team did all they could to sort things out. Thank you
