I had 2 partitions on my boot disc. I wanted to remove one and enlarge the other. They offered a free trial, but I didn't trust a free trial for something so important, so I purchased the software. Well, I purchased a one-month subscription to the software. That was a red flag, but I continued. I installed the software, and the interface was on my web browser, that was another red flag. Well, I have used easeus software in the past and it worked flawlessly so I assumed it would work again. Doh! When it rebooted, nothing. I got the no operating system found error. My disc was useless, I had to re-format it and re-install Windows. 2 days spent putting everything back the way it was. Then when I asked for a refund, they immediately said "We will refund the entire amount, you can expect it in about 4 hrs." Ok that is what I expected since when I bought it, they said, "if you are not satisfied within 30 days you can get a full refund" But then I get another email "Please understand that according to the 8th term of the refund policy you are not entitled to a full refund. So sorry we cannot issue a full refund for you." They ended up giving me the full refund anyway after jerking me around for a while. Horrible customer service!!

I was mislead into installing the trial version, which does not have any functionality at all (not even basic). It is only after installing, after finishing an entire process of tweaking settings, that they let you know you can't do that without paying. This is misleading and I will never purchase this. There are alternatives like MiniTool that does provide some basic trial functionality. It can do some of the same things like merging partitions. Works like a charm. Especially for one-time use it is very nice and they do not mislead you.

I was trying to create a 5TB partition on an MBR disk (which is possible by changing the sector size to 4Kn, look it up), when it prompted to upgrade to the pro version of Partition Master. It said something like "To allocate space beyond 2TB on MBR disks the pro version is required." (the message does not show up in the pro version and I didn't manage to reset to free).

I requested a refund pretty much immediately after realizing that it silently changed the partion table to GPT whenever I allocate more than 2TB. Support was not helpful at all. Seemed to not know very much about the topic (e.g. started talking about cluster size when I was talking about sector size).

Specifically, they said they can't refund me because of article 6 of their refund policy which states: "Please understand that we cannot provide a refund if our product does not perform tasks it is neither intended to perform nor advertises it performs." I tried to argue that it did advertise the feature but without any luck.

In conclusion, their "money-back guarantee" is pretty much a scam. The software itself might be ok - but honestly, just use literally anything else and don't waste your money on this.

I lost my data due to the app not working properly. While trying to extend one partition, it just deleted another one and left me in an intermediary state due to some error. Their app did not respond to keystrokes while in boot mode, so I manually had to restart my PC.

I couldn't wait 24hrs for support, since I had work related data there, I had to do additional changes to the environment.

After one support session, they said chances to recover the data are "slim, since it's on an SSD". Since it couldn't be recovered, I obviously asked for a full refund. Best they could offer was a half refund, because their software does not cause such issues. Well, obviously it does, otherwise I wouldn't be here?

Their proposal is just stupid. I pay half the price of the software to delete my data and do something that I could have done with plain windows tools.

When I pay for software, I expect it to work, or at least have a fail safe mechanism in place. Make sure you have automated recovery in place or something.

Avoid this software. If you have issues, they will not refund your money, even after obvious malfunction of their app.

I'm honestly disappointed I didn't use GParted instead. Could have achieved the same exact outcome with zero pay.

Bought to convert mbr to gpt. Failed spectacularly.

Even messed up windows recovery. I made an image backup first so hopefully it will be alright.

I have previously rated easus software. Wish I had just ignored this one, and done it manually.

I bought 1 x EaseUS Partition Master Professional (1 - Month Subscription) 16.8.

The first month cost 9.83 GBP. I thought I'd just bought it for one month.

No. The name is misleading and they then charged me 31.45 GBP for the second month and all further months.

They count on people not reading the small print. WATCH OUT for the auto-renewal. I will never use again.

I bought the pro version (the free version does nothing but tease you into buying pro) and it just plain doesn't work. Errors, errors, and more errors. I uninstalled (at least that worked) and tried to get a refund. Fat chance. Seems they tell you to uninstall for a refund then ask for screen shots. Stay away at all costs.

Ads and reviews everywhere, been around forever, couldn't recall why they weren't a routine utility for me - seemingly every assurance that it could resize a partition...nope. Cant do anything. The app makes it look like you should have gotten a key when you signed up for the free download - nope. You get to buy the app first, then you get a key. The free version is all marketing wankery, it proves nothing about their application. Free version - I'm free to waste my time? You're free to spend my free time? Just what definition are we settling on for free here?

Failed mid progress when converting to gpt for windows 11 requirements. DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE.

Required partition wipe and reinstall of Windows 10 without data to fix.

The free version is a preview only and can not perform any tasks, so a waste of disk space and your time.

The trial version only gives a preview of what might be possible, no actual work can be done.

The trial version ONLY PREVIEWS the results!!! This is the most pathetic attempt to make a user download a trial version I have ever seen! How is this any different from the FREE version which does EXACTLY the same thing?!

I'm using Partition Master Pro version 14.5 - I have one SSD type M2 PCIe 1TB and one conventional HD 2TB. I multi-boot Win10, Fedora 32 and Linux Mint 20. I use Oracle VM ware within Windows and occasionally within Linux. I have numorous partitions to manage on this workstation and on server drives. Thus far I have encountered no issues with this application. It is a little over simplified but I realise it's intended for novice users too.
The customer service has been prompt, polite and very efficient.
For those who have placed negative reviews, my sympathy goes out to you. Understanding partitioning and the implications of modifying them isn't for the uninitiated, it's very apparent that many of you embarked on something with only a modicum of knowledge and no patience at all.

Excellent software with excellent customer support,definitely a must in any computer.For all the negative reviews saying that it is destroying there drives definitely do not listen to them,it is more like AOEMI THAT DESTROYS DRIVES, it AOEMI destroyed 2 4tb drives of mine.

Just ruined 2 x WD Red 4TB drives when I tried to fully erase them in order to prepare them for selling. I got now 2 drives called INTEL RAID 1 (instead WD RED ...) with the serial "RAID DATA" .... bought this software for partitioning, it is the 1st time i used this feature but it is total crap !

Paid version of EASEUS in 2020 failed many attempts to clone different drives. A free version of their competitor, AOMEI, worked great. I tried to clone a GPT Windows 10 disk with four partitions to a solid state drive.That cloned drive wouldn't boot. Windows 10 could not complete the startup repair. Then I used a bootable CD with AOMEI Partition Assistant Free version 7.1. It cloned the original drive to the SSD in less time, and it boots and works fine. Their free version works when my PAID version of YOUR software doesn't.

This rating is better than they deserve. Product is advertised for being able to convert Dynamic disks to Basic without losing data.
This doesn't work and the product is basically trash.
I will never purchase from this group again and would never advise anyone to do the same. They are not truthful.
