The discovery of their deceptive practices, coupled with the poor communication and lack of transparency, left me with no choice but to reassess my decision to proceed with the purchase. Regrettably, I had to withdraw from the transaction to protect my interests and avoid any further potential issues.
In conclusion, I strongly advise extreme caution when dealing with Park Lane Property Agents Bishops Stortford. The fact that they misled me about the seller's solicitor choice, only to be contradicted later in the process, reflects poorly on their credibility and reliability.
