渋滞して60分到着が遅れたけど、時間は足りた。楽しかった。

Muy lindo, si bien fuimos con el tour no con la explicación de la guía e igualmente estuvimos bien. Todas las flores, en cada rincón y de todos colores. Ir con espacio para sacar fotos (y una cámara profesional)

We joined the Mount Saint Michel one day tour and we had a great time for this famous spot. Very clear instructions had given by the tour guide. It was a long journey from Paris but we could take a good rest on the way. You can spend around 4 hours at the spot and good enough to explore around. Excellent itinerary and suggestions, really worth for $$$🤗🤗🤗🤗

Los castillos son espectaculares y vale mucho la pena, sin embargo es muy poco tiempo para verlos y el tour es muy apresurado.

Muy buen recorrido, los guías Rubén y José así como el conductor fueron muy amables y se nota que les gusta y conocen muy bien sobre los castillos que vistamos.

Le pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner ninguna. Creo que todos somos humanos y cometemos errores, salgo ahora para París con mis padres, hice la reserva con ellos para ir a Mont Saint Michel para el 31 de marzo en vez de para el 1 de abril. Civitatis accedía al cambio de fecha pero el operador, París City Vision no. Al principio me dijeron que la modificación dependía de civitatis, cuando consigo hablar con estos, me dicen que es decisión del operador y que este dice que no. Vuelvo a hablar con Paris City Tour y me dicen que las modificaciones son cosa de Civitatis. Le envío la captura de la conversación, Civitatis habla con ellos y me dicen que se niegan.
Sigo hablando con París City Tour, les digo que no pueden decir que si y luego que no, y niegan haber dicho eso.

Se lo he rogado, le he ofrecido dinero a mayores por el cambio de la fecha. NO HAN ACEPTADO. He perdido 400€ de la excursión porque una empresa no tiene en cuenta que se pueden cometer errores. Han sido muy frios y secos y se han negado a cogerme el teléfono.
NO RECOMIENDO ESTE OPERADOR, SON PERFECTOS Y NO ENTIENDEN QUE LOS HUMANOS PODEMOS COMETER ERRORES. Era una sorpresa para mis padres, años queriendo ir allí y ahorrando para llevarlos.

False information....not.picking calls after booking...unprofessional behavior...

We booked several experiences through Paris City Vision and, honestly, it was a mixed bag.

They were very pricey for last-minute tickets - some shows and attractions were nearly 10x the normal price. We bought Moulin Rouge tickets (search - paris boat tour moulin rouge transport) that were supposed to include hotel drop-off (or at least drop-off near the hotel), but on the night of the show we were told that wasn’t possible. This was especially frustrating at 11pm when we had to sort out our own transport.

The package also included a Seine River cruise, which turned out to be a low-cost, overcrowded experience - people packed in like sardines. Not quite the Parisian charm we expected.

To make things worse, the Eiffel Tower (search: summit eiffel tower city tour), staff at the Eiffel Tower went on strike on the day we had tickets, and the company didn’t notify us in advance. We wasted a lot of time getting to the meeting point only to find out we needed to make new plans. There's no need for a guide at all as they only take you to the 2nd level and you can get the same info by scanning the QR code on the centre of the ground floor of the tower.

Overall, their prices felt like a rip-off for what you get. To be fair, they aren’t responsible for strikes or how the shows themselves run, and their help desk was responsive when contacted. But given the cost and communication gaps, I’d rate the experience as average at best and wouldn’t book with them again.

Hice la excursión al mont saint michel con guía en español,la guía Marisa muy atenta, super buena y explica con detalles de forma interesante y atrapante. Me encantó.

Pour la visite de la cathédrale Notre-Dame, c’est de l’arnaque : on paye 19 € par personne pour une visite guidée, alors que l’entrée est gratuite, et on trouve qu’en fait, c’est un petit tour de l’île de la cité qu’on fait, et après, on est obligé de faire la queue pour rentrer dans la cathédrale sans réservation, c’est-à-dire pendant des heures…

V misleading and defrauding tour guides and support team. Would avoid them like the plague.

Racist tourist guide for the Giverny trip. They promised us a whole day trip. There were just the two of us for the whole day trip. All others went for a half day trip. They decided not to send the bus just for the two of us at the end of the trip.

J’ai réservé mes billets pour les Catacombes via ParisCityVision, et tout s’est déroulé parfaitement. La réservation a été simple et rapide, j’ai reçu mes billets immédiatement. Sur place, l’accueil était bien organisé et la visite vraiment fascinante – une plongée unique dans l’histoire souterraine de Paris. Je recommande vivement cette expérience.

Ne vous fiez pas à l’adresse qu’il vous donne par courriel. C’est un commerce de vente de souvenirs qui n’a rien à voir et en plus qui ne parle pas français. Personne pour nous indiquer qu’il fallait se présenter devant le Café du Champs de Mars ….pourtant si facile à trouver…,une fois qu’on nous informe par telephone où se rendre. Tout ce temps perdu (une heure) sans parler du stress de manquer l’heure de départ Très très décevant. Pourtant si facile de donner les bonnes indications par courriel….
Pourquoi ce 45 avenue de Bourdonnais??
Nous avons eu l’impression d’une anarque jusqu’à ce que nous trouvions le groupe mal indiqué….pas de chandail rouge ….!!!!!
