Páramo clothing Arvostelua 

My husband and I made a long list of new kit required to take on our upcoming 'expedition' to walk the coast of mainland Great Britain ... 7300 miles to be precise. We've used Páramo products for many years, so their reputation is already high up there in our good books.

We made the hour and a half journey to the Ringwood Páramo store and from the moment we set foot inside the shop, we felt welcomed and fully supported to take as long as we needed. Each member of staff, Andrew (the Manager), Graham, Audrey and their Customer Experience Manager, Kate, were patient, knowledgeable, friendly and gave us so much of their time. Even after so many years of using their gear, we learnt so much more about the function, aftercare and perfect pairing systems of the clothing.

Can't wait to start our epic two-year adventure now, knowing we'll be roasty-toasty, cosy and dry in our Páramo gear.

All this AND the company has THE best ethical and sustainable values which always ticks an important box for me. Thanks Páramo ... we feel like we've come away from the Ringwood store with not just a rucksack full of high quality kit but a heart full of new friends too!

Staff incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, products are very high quality and hard wearing.

Between the ethos, quality of products, and customer service it doesn’t get much better than Paramo. It’s for the people who care about their world and are thoughtful in their decisions to enjoy it. The staff at Keswick are very knowledgeable, personable, and willing to help. It’s not often you leave a retail business and feel like you had a positive experience to think back on. The next time we come through we’ll definitely be back, even if just for a chat.

Great help and information when purchasing

Visited the Keswick shop on a Friday during a long weekend away in the lakes. Instantly made to feel welcome even though we had a pram and our 4 year old inquisitive boy. Donna was amazing offering expert help and opinions which helped my wife choose a smock that she absolutely loves. We were so impressed that we returned on Monday and I bought myself a coat again With the help and guidance from Donna. No pushy sales no trying to sell us a product we don’t require it was so refreshing. Fantastic work Donna we can certainly recommend paramo Keswick

Had absolutely great customer service in the Keswick store. Andy was brilliant and took lots of time to talk me through the products, as well as how to care for it afterwards. No pressure to buy anything, but super helpful. Also very knowledgeable about the whole product range. Thank you!

I cannot rate Paramo’s customer service highly enough, whilst their products are always brilliant quality I needed to exchange an item and Sean could not have done more to help. I now have an excellent replacement.

Fantastic service and sound advice. The assistant helped me to find the perfect solution to my needs.

I had a problem with the zip on my coat and contacted the Workshop enquiries. They responded very quickly to offer assistance. Had a very friendly dialogue with Sean the Customer Experience Adminstrator who kept me up to date with the progress of the repair on my jacket. It was such a great service I would happily buy more Paramo as I now know they offer such a good customer service. Would highly recommend.

Great knowledgeable very friendly staff willing to offer advice where needed. As always good stock of the latest products. Paramo at Keswick may be a 4 plus hour drive but we keep coming back.

I've visited the Keswick store on numerous occasions as the kit is very good. The waterproof jackets are not cheap in comparison to other jackets on the market, but given they can be reproofed without delamination, and last for many, many years, they out rank others by a mile.
The service provided by the staff is excellent. They know the kit and the benefits each item brings and I've found Ewan, Michelle and Gemma very knowledgeable and helpful. And that makes the experience even better.

What a company and Sean Bromage was totally amazing. From start to finish he listened to my issue with my jacket and arranged for me to ship it back to their factory. After testing, reproofing as well as some alterations to the jacket it was sent back to me in a condition as if it were brand new, not several years old like it is! The reproofing made the jacket look amd feel brand new and I honestly cannot fault Paramo service from start to end. As a result of the service provided both my partner and I have revisited Paramo to look at future purchases for when we climb Kilimanjaro in 2026. I don't think a 5 star review is enough stars for what Paramo have done for me. Thank you so so much!

I, or rather we have a couple of Paramo jackets, they're fantastically well made and really do last many years.
My favourite jacket was damaged and I needed some fabric to repair it, although I couldn't identify the exact model number (the same jacket will have many iterations over the course of its development and sale), Despite the best efforts of Paramo, we were unable to pinpoint the exact fabric, but they were kind enough to send me a repair pack with some fabric and other items to fully reinvigorate the jacket.
I really wanted to keep my favourite waterproof and offered to pay whatever they needed, but it was sent free of charge.
Obviously this is above and beyond customer service, so I've made a donation in their name to a charity local to their head office.
Great products, great customer service and great people.
They also offer repair and recycling services for their products, so if you ever need a new zip or even a whole back panel, they can do it......and - after many, many years when you've worn out your Paramo clothes, send them in and they'll break them down and recycle them into new fabrics etc (they've made enormous efforts to ensure their products contain a lot of recycled content).
Customer for life.
