Papermilldirect Arvostelua 

Tried to order coloured 300gsm card stock and it's so confusing. Worst site ever. Not customer friendly at all. Had to go to my local store after 20 mins of trying to order.

I have used Papermill products for many years and love their products.
My most recent order arrived quickly and was carefully packaged. The paper and card which I buy are great value and quality. I love the amazing array of colours . All round, this is an amazing company with great products and great service .

I discovered Papermill Direct this week and placed my first order and I am very impressed indeed. The paper is of great quality, it was very well and securely packaged and my parcel arrived quickly. I will definitely be ordering again in the future. Thank you Papermill Direct.

I ordered and paid 9 packs of A5 size paper 120gsm and the paper sent was maximum 90-100gsm. The 100gsm paper was wrapped in packaging that stated it was 120gsm which is clearly not true. As I needed this paper urgently for a project i emailed and called multiple times for a replacement or refund but no one got back. The paper itself was not great quality. I would NOT recommend this company, very unprofessional feels fraudulent. Will update re refund/replacement when i hear back.

First time I've used Papermill & I'm not disappointed. Great quality paper with a wide range of colours and weight. The option to do pick and mix is brilliant and very reasonable price. Prompt delivery and very well packaged. This won't be my last purchase. Highly recommend.

Have used Papermill Direct for years, never a problem, everything is always very well wrapped, in boxed, bubble wrapped and plastic covering too...nothing has even been damaged. Great prices, great products, I'd not use anyone else. Keep up the amazing work xxx

I regularly buy envelopes from Papermilldirect, they have a great range of reasonably priced products and they always provide super customer service when needed.

I placed an order with Papermill Direct that was scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday 5th November between 13:08 &-14:08 by DPD. When the delivery never arrived I contacted DPD who informed me that my order had been stolen from the delivery van, so I should contact the sender for a replacement to be sent out.

I emailed Papermill that afternoon but never received a reply, so i emailed their director, Janet Young, the following day but still had no reply after 2 days. I called them on Friday 8th November and left a message for someone to contact me to provide an update of the situation.

I received an email that day from a manager named, Helen Flynn, who said they have contacted DPD but their refund process will be 'very long and protracted'. I replied to the email enquiring whether Papermill expected me to wait for DPD to pay them out before I received my refund but to date I have once again had no contact from Papermill. It has now been 2 weeks.

Firstly, their non communication is unacceptable. Secondly, I shouldn't have to wait for them to be paid out by DPD as my contract of sale is with Papermill and has nothing to do with the delivery company. Presently I have no refund, no goods and no contact.

I'm a startup, so every penny is accounted for and vital to the companies success. So are the relationships built with suppliers. I need reliable suppliers to be there when things go wrong and who can quickly resolve any issues. Papermill Direct have proven to be neither of these things.

It feels as though my order was stolen whilst being delivered, then my money stolen by Papermill Direct. I do not recommend this company, especially if you are a startup.

Made my first order and was really impressed. They have a great range of products at good prices and I got some really lovely card blanks for my small printmaking business. The order arrived promptly and really well packaged, making it to me in perfect condition. The products are lovely quality and exactly what I was after. Will definitely be ordering again in the future!

Outstanding customer service.
I made an error in my order but this was quickly resolved within the hour.
The quality of the cardstock is of the highest quality, with a huge choice of colours, sizes and packages.
I highly recommend this company for all your craft requirements.

On my first order, I only placed a small one but was very impressed by the quality of the product and service provided.

The prices are very reasonable and the carriage charges and options are very competitive.

The quality of the paper is very good. Bright White and the GSM weight seems consistent throughout.

I will definitely be using this company again for my paper needs.

However, there was an issue with no one answering the phone after calling several times and this does seem to be a persistent issue based on other reviews.

However, they did email me back and the level of communication was at least good there. Only if they could get their staff to answer the phone then I would've given five stars.

Great quality products and it was very well packaged so well packaged that I missed one of the items but they were able to help me locate it in the bundle and all was well, excellent customer service, will certainly be using them again and very pleased with their product.

The paper is all priced really well, especially for the high level of quality. I love how they specify what direction the grain runs in on their product descriptions as some projects require a specific direction.

I placed a bespoke cutting order and they ensured that they had the right measurements. The two customer service employees I spoke to - Sarah and Janet were both really nice and friendly, responding to my emails quickly and even helping me out with my order.

If you're looking for reasonably priced high quality paper in the UK I definitely recommend trying Paper Mill Direct out, super happy I stumbled upon the website and will be placing an order again! :)

I placed an order with Paper Mill Direct on Thursday last week and it should have arrived on Saturday 21st, I had a card through my letterbox saying it had been left at the DPD pick up point at the Coop in Cross Hills, when I went to collect it had not been left, I tried to contact DPD without success so I contacted PMD who phoned me on Monday 23rd to say it was on its way back to them and would send it back to me by Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day, It arrived on Tuesday 24th, they are absolutely wonderful and went out of their way to ensure I got my parcel, I cannot thank them enough their customer service is wonderful.

Amazing service from Sarah, quick delivery, beautiful quality of paper and cards.
I have been using their products for the last couple of years and have received lots of compliments.

Excellent service. A2 card was very well packed in plastic, then taped between two extra strong pieces of corrugated board so as not to move or bend, and then in heavy duty mail bag. Prompt posting with tracking all at a good price.

Recently had the pleasure of experiencing great customer service from Papermilldirect. Because of my lack of attention to detail I ordered the wrong product. Janet very kindly and promptly sent me a link to reorder and within 3 days I had what I wanted. Brilliant.
Can highly recommend and will use again; why wouldn't I? So, do yourself a favour and head over to Papermilldirect.
