Palm Flights LTD Arvostelua

I was scammed, the reviews on here are fake, this company needs closing down quickly, going to report them to police and companies house

This was my first time engaging the services of Palm Flight and my consultant was able to manage a slightly tight request and delivered excellent.
Thumbs up to Hamza Hussain for a smooth handshake with his colleagues and getting me all sorted.

Well done guys!

Hamza is a very good customer relations service staff, he is diligent and up to the task with excellent inter-personal communication skill.

He deserves to be elevated to the next role. trust my words as recommended. Dr. Omotayo Paul Oniya (Ph.D.)

I have not had the best customer experience from this company.

I submitted a review on 1/9/2023 regarding my first experience with them when booking a family holiday and they have continuously emailed and called me to remove it.

I went ahead and asked for them to use mine and my partner’s initial deposit to book a flight as me and my partner did not want to loose the money. We done this in October 2023.

After paying for our travel in full they have sent emails stating that they will not send me my tickets if I don’t remove my review.
We have paid for the flights in full and we are currently waiting to see if they will provide our tickets.

I will be back to provide another review when I have been able to verify that we have been able to use the tickets they are threatening to withdraw.

So far, I am not happy with the customer service and I will not be using this company again.

I received an excellent customer service from Hamza Husain. He has an excellent customer skill.

This was a fantastic experience, Mr Hamza was very helpful from start to finish. Absolutely brilliant!!! Thank you very much. Really appreciated.

The staff at Palm Flights were all very helpful especially Mahr Ali. We had made a mistake and were late to.pay the remaining balance on our ticket. Mahr Ali quickly started to sort another ticket that we could afford, matched closely to the original dates and times of flights, and that also worked to sync with the journey in the Philippines upon arrival. He was very patient and polite with me even when I was very frustrated. Well done Mahr Ali. Thank you.

I have a good experience with your organisation. Mostly the way your staff attended to me. One Mr Mahr Alli, attended to me politely with enough patient and humility when I put my call across to your organisation. I promise to introduce your organisation to everyone that comes my way. I love palm Flight. Thank you

The consultant name Mahr is very friendly, reliable, helpful and very patient with all my queries. The company has a wide range of options.

Thank you Mahr Ali for your patience in assisting us to find a flights thats every member of the family suits.
And I shall look for you again if I needed help to find a good rate thats fits our schedule in the future.
Keep your good attitude towards client.

PALM FLIGHTS IS A FRUAD.
Nobody should trust this airline agency. They Will con you to pay a deposit with a fix price and then when the time comes for you to pay the sum total they will come up with totally different and higher figure and then if you decide to take your deposit back they will claim that it has to %90 tax / penalty deductible. I lost £80 with them. Nobody should be doing business with them. THEY Are A FRAUD

I saw their adverts online and decided to patronize them, but regretted every experience. I was asked to make a deposit of £240 which I did and to pay the balance of over £3000 plus is few months. I was ready to pay the balance and I decided to visit their office as stated on their website, but when I get to the address, it does not exist. I decided to call and one of the agents that picked up the phone was very upset because i said am outside their office and he dropped the phone on me. I have been calling and sending emails to get my deposit back, but all in vain.
THESE GUYS ARE PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS AND ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS HERE ARE PART OF THE TEAM. EVEN THEIR ACCENTS PROVE THEY ARE ALL USING FAKE NAMES. IF ACTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN, MORE VICTIMS WILL FALL FOR THEIR SCAMS.

It’s the perfect travel app for anyone & everyone
