Danish he is a patient person and he always do he best to help you out,, and as well give you a u the best price he can.

I recently had an issue with Palm Flight regarding a refund. Danish reached out to me and assured me that my £100 refund would be processed promptly. I appreciate his communication and willingness to resolve the matter. It's great to see Danish valuing customer feedback, keeping to his word and refunding my £100 back. I am looking forward to seeing how Palm flights continue to improve their services.

Thank you Danish

Danish was able to get me seats on the flights, but he was not able to reserve the seats for a reasonably acceptable price within the agreed budget without changing the dates.

I was a bit disappointed with the numerous date changes!

I was well treated by these people. They book my flight and patiently explained how to go about it as I had no idea.

Overall good customer service from Danish.

The excellent services with one of the staff by name .....Danish ....a very professional, patient and quite helpful.

I have a very good experience with Maria, she had a lot of patience with me, I really find difficult to understand sometimes Maria was very polite when i was unpacience, only i need to say thanks you.

I had very bad experience with on of their called Maria who was absolutely rude to me. Apart from not being clear with English language she gets agitated and roars on you. Very insulting for a customer service agent. Very very cocky and rude. I hope she did to me does not happen to anyone after messing up my travel plans.

However, her colleague Anna whom I complained to, took over to cool me down and made things much better.
