Had an issue with next day delivery, which was not Padel Shack’s fault. They refunded the delivery fee and were very prompt in replying to my emails regarding delivery issues. Good customer service.

Amazing customer service
I purchased a new Padel bat last Friday, late afternoon. I paid for next day delivery but had missed the delivery cut off for the day. After calling Padel Shack a super helpful member of staff managed to get it out for delivery that day and I received it in time for my game on the Monday. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will without doubt be a repeat customer 👍

Racket Good - let down by service.
I ordered my new padel racket. Was happy with the purchase and even more so because I could pay £9.50 for guaranteed before 12pm next day delivery. Paid the extra and received notice the racket had been posted. Racket didn’t arrive despite the extra payment taken. Tried to contact dhl who blamed padel shack. Padel shack have yet to reply to my email. Can’t fault the racket but don’t advertise a service you cannot achieve.

Poor delivery
I paid £7.50 for next day delivery and just missed the driver who didn’t leave it anywhere missing the point of next delivery. I received notification of the delivery at 8.33am saying between 8.33-10.33am so no notice! Not a good service. They didn’t even try to deliver the next day so received it 4 days later.
