Experienced terrible experience with Pacific migration. I have been allocated one case manager also, her name is Mary, she did nothing to me & not even involved in refunding my money, and from the Accounts department (Fahreen) she just mails me and tells "your amount will be refunded by August 21, September 21, October 21, November 21, December 21, January 22 and so on.... she just gives me the exact date as if she is going to deposit, but nothing happens and when deadline comes, she will tell stupid reasons. I have been in the worst situation with this company for the last one and half years. This company is not refunding my money AED 13,650. If you want evidence of bills & correspondence emails with Pacific migration, I will post you. So far, I have written some 50 emails but to no use. They did not even do one paper work regarding my German work permit. I have got trapped in this Consultancy. I'm requesting all those people not to approach this firm. Please do not waste your money and time. Hence, I have gone legally & communicated with DED Dubai.
