Missed opportunity for professional courtesy

As an educator applying for a teaching role, I submitted all the necessary documents and completed a video interview. Despite being told I’d receive an update the following week, there was no further communication. A polite follow-up email requesting feedback also went unanswered. From a professional standpoint, it’s disappointing not to receive even a brief acknowledgment or closure after committing time and effort to the process.
