Never received the product

I paid for a preorder august 2021. They were to sent out in November. They replied the first time around I asked about it late November - saying it was a preorder for November (which I knew and asked for more specific date but didn’t get it), but then the second time I wrote them in December, they said the order would be updated and shipped out, when they got it - with no apology or explanation.

From other people who also bought the same I read they had updated shipping to January on the page and that the company weren’t replying to their emails. (This was on Instagram in the comments of a certain digital artists).

I wrote them again in late February pleading for them to at least respond and explain, but they haven’t, and for this whole time my order just says the same. No updates. No refunds. No emails.

I’m so sad I put my trust and money in this company. It was made as a cooperation with a digital artist and this person has not responded to the many comments from people either explaining what’s going on.

I think we are all prepared to meet a company with kindness and patience during Covid and war times, but a reply and explanation would go along way.

Don’t spend money you can’t afford to lose and don’t get your hopes up that the product will ever arrive!

21 March update:

So the company emailed me back and apologised. They soon after received and sent out the plushies. They arrived but was wrong, because a flaw in production. I am now awaiting new ones but obviously free of charge! I will update again when the new ones arrive! (I was offered a refund - for good measures I will let you guys know that)
Update: I did receive the plush eventually

I pre order some plushies and a shirt for my son in oct 2021 as of now i have not received item we are in march and when i purchase item it said it will ship in january i have contact them through email since there is no number to call i have not heard from them at all no updates and no emails have been send to me. I was a little unsure about purchasing from this website but my son really wanted this . If i dont hear from them i will dispute this with my bank and get my money back.

Order was placed several months ago, I get an email saying it was being sent on the 9th of january, after a month the status was not updated, contacted them on the 8th of febuary and received response about a week into March, they are going to send out a replacment for the stuff they still have instock, waiting to hear back from my reply to their response, and confirmation of shipping.

Update (2/3 Months Later):
Never got confirmation of shipping but my order did arrive, One of the plushies was missing but I was told I would probably need to get a refund due to not having stock of one of them anymore, which i've yet to receive and will follow up on, One of the Plushies was the wrong colour variation, and The 3rd Plushie was the one that I really cared about getting, will contact again about refund for the missing and wrong plushie.

I don't think there's many support staff so I dont begrudge long wait time for response, both times I was responded to by the owner who was very helpful.

Further Update (2 Months Later):
Still not had a response about the wrong item being sent or the refund for the missing item, it is now coming up on a year since the initial order was placed.

Hmmm, I received a shipping notice for my package on 2/11 and it hasn't been updated in 2 weeks. I contacted them on 2/25 and they said it was lost in transit and they would send me a replacement!
But no matter how many times I contacted them, they just said to wait a day or two.
This may be due to the fact that I live far away in a foreign country, but the customer service is just too bad
Please send me a replacement as soon as possible

I ordered plushies in October ‘21…the pre-order was suppose to ship in December. Product was not received. When I looked at website it now says Item will ship in January…well it’s now more than half way through February and website still says will ship in January. I emailed a week ago asking the status of the order and have not received a reply from the company. I don’t mind waiting for the order, but it would be nice to at least receive a reply with updated information as to when about the items should ship. I’m just looking for the confirmation that I will receive the items eventually. If I don’t receive a reply soon I will be disputing the order on my card as items not received. Update: They just emailed me back and gave estimated timeframe for shipping. I’ll update with a better rating once Item is received.

Ich habe im Juni 2021 bei ownaj die Plüschtiere von Panda und Bär vorbestellt. Nachdem die Lieferung sich immer wieder verzögert hat und meine Bestellnummer mittlerweile nicht mehr existiert, habe ich ownaj mehrmals eine Mail geschrieben, wo meine Bestellung bleibt. Bis jetzt wurde mir auf keine Mail geantwortet. Da ich schon damals bezahlt habe, besteht auch kein Käuferschutz mehr, das heißt mein Geld ist weg.
Ich empfehle bei ownaj nicht zu bestellen. Der Kundenservice ist das Letzte weil man schlichtweg ignoriert wird.

I have previously ordered from Ownaj once, and despite the delay in delivery, my order came.

Hence I placed an order for a second item (Bear Panda Plush) a few months later for USD35, in June 2021. To date, I have not received any updates regarding shipping and I am no longer able to find my order number under the tracking status. It was previously showing as "Processing" for a few months. The order was meant to be shipped in October 2021. It is now January 2022.

I have since emailed them and left a message under the Contact Us page on their website but have not heard back from them.

I'm frustrated and do not have any idea where to get my item or even a possibility of a refund...

I would caution users on purchasing from this site..

I've bought from Ownaj twice, in February 2021, and September 2021.

The first order went as expected, pre-ordered the plushie and had it shipped in the month it was projected to have been completed.

However, the second order was supposed to be delivered in December 2021. December came and went, and while I saw online that some people had received their plushie, I was none the wiser what was going on with my order as it was still said to be "Processing".

I later found out that Ownaj answered the question as a reply to someone on Twitter, who was replying to the creator of the content which Ownaj was doing the plushie merch for. Apparently, early buyers and express shippers were given priority, with other orders being delayed.

None of this was communicated towards me, and judging on the replies to that tweet, others neither. It seems particularly poor customer care to not inform people of a delay, when that information is clearly available to Ownaj, as are all plushie orders marked as "Processing".

The fact people had to pull this info out of Ownaj through tweeting the creator, who entrusted Ownaj to handle the logistics, is just not on. I am more than willing to wait on the product, but I want to be informed if this is the case. Ownaj clearly has to improve their customer care if they are to grow as a trustworthy company.

I would like to say my experience from ownaj was well worth the wait ,I pre ordered a bear and panda plush back in June I must admit I was a lil worried that I miss my package during delivery but the package came has expected right on time and in PERFECT CONDITION I couldn't be more happy with my new friends bear and panda .

I recently made a purchase with this shop and was very pleased with it! Also, the customer service is fast and friendly. Thank you for your business!

Bought a stein from them, thanks to the stellar work at the usps it was lost in the mail. Ownaj was more than willing and helpful to send out a replacement and it is a quality item.

Had some questions about shipping. Received prompt courteous replies.

I placed an order 47 days ago and that’s the last contact Ive had with this company. Ive emailed, but no response. Does anyone know how to legitimately contact Ownaj?

I ordered a JFJ limited edition plushie for me and my friend. They arrived in a nice bag and pristine condition.
And when USPS sent my package on a trip halfway around the world, the owner Jake was nice and responded fast. He solved the problems quickly and sent a new package the next day.
