The experience was great in the app, the people working there are so attentive and helpful. My expert sessions with Monica were the best part and very informative, helpful, and enjoyable. She was always working creatively to help my partner and I reach resolutions for conflicts.

Although I continue to put in a lot of work into myself and my relationship, our relationship expert has been amazing and listening to us, helping us break down the root of our miscommunications. She has helped us tremendously providing us with tools on repairing and facing conflict.

Our sessions have been great and have helped both my wife and I have found Bri to be very helpful in helping us find what works and assist in guiding us toward clear communication and rebuilding trust. Bri has provided ways of applying what we’ve learned in our pathways and also recommended other pathways that could help us grow as a couple. I highly recommend this for couples or anyone seeking help.

My partner and I were at a complete standstill before we started seeing Florencia. We felt like we were speaking two different languages and couldn't break out of the same repetitive arguments. She has a gift for cutting through the noise and getting to the heart of the issue with incredible empathy and zero judgment. She didn't just 'moderate' our talks; she gave us actual tools to rebuild our intimacy and trust. We are in a much healthier place now, and we owe a huge part of that to her guidance.

Ive only had 1-2 other short experiences with therapy and I never really felt like I got the help that I needed. I’ve had about 3-4 sessions with Sade, a therapist, on this platform and I have never felt so seen. I’ve also felt like the progress and awareness I’ve had during the sessions already are eye opening. I look forward to them! The pathways are also helpful and thought provoking. Therapist are personal and I felt like I got lucky I got matched with her, but if other therapist are like Sade, I highly recommend this app!

Maybe it was luck, but coming across Jack was a real life changing experience. Having a therapist that provided resources beyond the app really helped promote my growth as an individual and as a partner. The modules and other resources are very helpful as well.

The app looks nice and the info seems very helpful. However it was incredibly complicated to schedule a meeting with a therapist. My meeting got cancelled and my therapist got changed for no apparent reason, 4 times within the span of 3 days.
They promise a full refund if you’re unhappy within 14 days but I just keep receiving automatic emails promising to look into it and still haven’t received any refund. I’d recommend to spend your money elsewhere.

I love our therapist Mr. Yonatan Sinclair. My relationship with my spouse improved dramatically after we started therapy. We also greatly appreciate his flexibility with scheduling and the flexibility of choosing the frequency of calls and the associated pricing model. It helps me choose the right option for my needs. The ability to attend sessions remotely is great, as we can then integrate these sessions into our busy lives without much effort. I would highly recommend ourritual for their extremely high quality offering married with flexibility and reasonable pricing, that makes it work for very busy, stressed out couples.

I initially had a frustrating experience with OurRitual involving losing sessions due to therapist cancellation, and not being able to get those credits back without starting another subscription after I canceled mine. Resolving the issue took several emails and some time, which was disappointing at first.

However, after I posted my review, a manager reached out directly, investigated the situation, and restored the sessions that were missed due to circumstances outside my control. I appreciate the team taking the time to review my case and ultimately working toward a fair resolution.

Me and my fiancé just finished therapy with Monica after about a year with weekly sessions. When me and my fiancé started we could not communicate properly if are life depended on it and had so many unresolved issues from our own pasts. Monica did a phenomenal job guiding us through processing our own emotions and communicating them with each other. Me and my fiancé are a completely different couple today (for the better) and Monica was such an integral part of our growth. She challenged us in ways that we needed, but always guided us with patience and empathy. I would recommend anyone struggling with their partners to see Monica. It was worth every cent.
