We ordered our industrial style console table as a feature for the hallway in our new home. The quality, design and price were everything we had in mind. Yes we spent £95 but for a console table in b&m you would spend £80, lacking the quality aspect. Delivery took around a week from ordering. The best bit is you can order your height and length to the space you need. We absolutely love it and it’s the talk of each visit when guests come to see our new home

Like lots of other reviews. I ordered a console table in early August & still no goods. Tom replied to one email but has since ignored my emails. I have no idea if I will ever receive this. I plan to report to trading standards. What awful customer service!!

I placed an order on 9th August, the day after one of the other reviewers. On the product listing it said that it would be dispatched within 7 working days. I contacted them by email on 26th August (13 working days later) because I’d heard nothing about the item being dispatched. To give credit to the business owner, they sent me a polite email the same day, thanking me for my patience and assuring me the item would be dispatched that same week by DHL. However, today is 13th September, more than a month has passed and I still don’t have the item. I also emailed again last week, on 5th September and no one has replied. The assurances I was given on 26th August weren’t true.

I placed an order on the 08/08/2026 and am still waiting for the item to arrive. Had initial confirmation it was being dispatched next week, in August but heard nothing since despite chasing up. Very disappointing. I feel I may need to escalate this. Over a month later and I am still waiting for the item with zero communication. ***UPDATE I have received communication and the supplier was very apologetic. Item I am told is due for delivery this week. Will update if the item arrives.

Do not be fooled by this company.
To evade his terrible Trustpilot rating and escape his legal liabilities, the owner, Tom, has now actively scrubbed his product images and rebranded the business to Next Day Desks (nextdaydesks.co.uk).
AVOID BOTH NAMES.

Incomplete & Faulty Delivery:
When the delivery finally arrived (after much nagging), it did not include the legs, which was supposed to be coming from a different courier. The desktop that did arrive was incredibly poor quality, completely unrepresentative of the premium images on their website, and had visible glue showing everywhere.
* Broken Agreements: After I raised this, the company acknowledged the defects and explicitly agreed to a full cancellation and refund. They scheduled a collection date with me, meaning I had to stay home to wait for them. They completely failed to show up or coordinate the collection.
* Total Radio Silence: Since failing to show up, the seller has gone completely non-responsive. They ignore deadlines, refuse to send proof of a processed refund, and offer zero communication.
Like the other reviews on here state, this company has a severe pattern of taking your money, failing to deliver what was promised, and then cutting off communication.
I have now been forced to escalate this directly to my bank to initiate a chargeback dispute to retrieve my £399. Avoid this company at all costs.

On 21 August, we received an email apologising for the delay and stating that our order was **being dispatched that day**\. However, we have still not received the furniture or any delivery information\.

We emailed OTB Furniture again on 26 August asking for an update on our purchase, but unfortunately we have received **no response at all**\.

We appreciate that delays can happen, but the lack of communication is very disappointing, particularly after being told that the order was being dispatched\.

We are posting this review in the hope that OTB Furniture will see it and contact us with a clear update on the whereabouts of our order and when we can realistically expect delivery\.

We would be very happy to update this review if the matter is resolved\.
