Received email telling me about things in Orlando, to late , only 3 days left of our holiday .The email I am referring to was received by me on the 26th of April. It would have been more helpful at the start of my holiday on the 16th of April.

Hi Gillian,
Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review.
I am unsure as to the feedback you have left. I checked your order. You placed a last minute order on the 15th April for Universal tickets to start on the 17th April. We issued the tickets to you by email on the 16th for you. I have checked for any emails from you in regard to any issues and cannot see anything. Perhaps you could contact me directly to let me know the issues relating to your feedback.
I look forward to hearing from you.
