They are mislabeling their products
They are mislabeling their products. I ordered a men’s bike jersey and received a woman’s jersey. I could tell because it is way too small and the zipper pull is on the left side. The return policy is broken. The customer is required to pay shipping. The product itself is overpriced. Better to use Amazon.

Dear customer,
We're really sorry to hear this — receiving a women's jersey instead of men's, and on top of that dealing with a broken return policy, is frustrating.
Please reach out to us directly and we'll make sure this gets looked into properly.

Good quality, prompt shipping
The t-shirt I ordered arrived quickly, it was a good value, and the sizing was as expected - thanks! The only thing that could have been improved is that the shade of green of the shirt did not match what was portrayed on the website. I'm sure this was not intentional, and these things will happen, but it was a little disappointing.

I am pleased to update my review. The team at Orionride responded so quickly to my review and worked hard to make it right. It turns out that the mistake was mine and I ordered the wrong shirt. I still like the shirt and get compliments on it. Very pleased with the responsiveness of the orionride team and will look forward to ordering from them again.

Great style, comfort, price
Great style, lightweight comfort, and good price. People ask about and compliment the two gravel bike shirts I've purchased so far. Would love to see an additional pocket on the back, though.

Great product at a very reasonable price. Anne was very friendly and professional to deal with after placing the order. I got two gravel riding shirts, showed up exactly how they looked online. Order arrived about 16 days after placed, so plan accordingly. I’d order again for the price and quality.

This is the worst quality bike jersey I've seen. The sewing job is terrible, the zipper is all plastic poor quality, and the zipper broke the first time I wore it, unusable. The design looks very nice but quality is very poor.

We are truly sorry that the cycling jersey failed to meet your expectations and broke on your first wear due to poor stitching and low-quality zippers. We fully understand your disappointment with the bad workmanship even though you like the design.
Please email us at support@orionride.com, and we will sort out a proper solution for you promptly.

Terrible return experience
Currently trying to do a return as size 14 top is far too big for a normal size 14. They are making things very hard and want photographic evidence. Every other company would just accept a return without query/hassle.

Check the sizing chart for each product.
In a recent order with multiple jerseys, one was significantly smaller than the others. When selecting sizes, check each jersey's measurements, as they vary widely. Orionride has offered to replace the jersey with a larger size, which I am pleased.
