This is simply the worst experience I have ever had in my life. If you want a shop to take your money and then just ignore you, then this is the best option. This shop cheated me out of €500. The situation is very simple: I ordered glasses in October, and they decided not to send anything. Just because they felt like it. I have all the evidence, and I am writing this to warn people about this fraudulent shop.

Oszuści, nie zwracają pieniędzy.
Odesłałam Okulary korekcyjne Tom Ford. Optyk zakwestionował oprawy jak i szkła które były w nich. Produkt nie miał oryginalnego pudełka i certyfikatów które posiadały inne oprawy tej marki zakupione stacjonarnie. Odesłałam
I tu zaczyna się zabawa i zwodzenie. Pisanie w różnych językach i notoryczne weryfikowanie zwrotu. Niczego nie można się dowiedzieć bo sztuczna inteligencja która odpisuje powiela tylko te same hasła. Czekam na zwrot ponad 1000zł.
PRZESTRZEGAM to są oszuści.

Nie polecam, otrzymałem po miesiącu towar nie zgodny z opisem teraz za zwrot muszę zapłacić 75zł.

I returned my order and it was delivered to the store on 21 October 2025, after which I received confirmation via email that my refund was being processed and the funds would be credited to my original payment method within 5 business days. Today is 20 February 2026, and I still haven't received my refund. This is a scam shop; I was left without the goods and without my money. They ignore my emails and only send me their advertisements. I do not recommend that you place an order here.

Tak jak się można było spodziewać, na przesyłkę czekałam około dwóch tygodni, ale miałam w mailu możliwość jej śledzenia, więc super.

Наконец то получила сегодня заказ. Заказ был размещен 28.11.2025 сегодня 22.01.2026, срок ожидания 2месяца. При размещении заказа нет сроков его исполнения, а информация о 7-14днях это касается только самой доставки. Мою первую оплату через paypal они не смогли найти в течении месяца, но когда я написала письмо с просьбой склерить мой заказ с оплатой, в тот же день пришел возврат. Дальше нужно было заново размещать заказ и опять 7кругов ада, непонятные команды которые делают верификацию. По итогу очки пришли слава богу те которые я заказывала, но футляр и ткань совершенно другие и на момент заказа не было информации, что они могут быть заменены. Жаль не могу прикрепить фото. На сайте был белый жесткий футляр и ткань с яркими цетами (стиль ted baker), а по факту получила черный мягкий футляр и ткань с буквами. 3 звезды лишь за то, что очки все таки пришли

The worst online shopping experience of my entire life. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this store!
On August 31, 2025, I placed an order on the OptykaWorld website (Order number: PL0795949222G). A few days later I realized the product didn’t suit me, so I returned it on September 5, 2025 (everything according to their rules, with tracking number, in perfect condition).
Since then — pure nightmare.
It’s been almost 4.5 months (as of today) and I still haven’t received my money back.
I’ve written to them dozens of times via chat, email, messengers — the answers are always the same: “wait 3–5 days, we’ll refund you soon” or complete silence. For the last two months they have stopped replying to any messages at all. Just total ignore.
They take your money instantly, but when it’s time to give it back — the store magically “disappears”.
This is not a shop, this is pure scam. Buy glasses/contacts/lenses anywhere else — JUST NOT HERE.
OptykaWorld goes straight to the blacklist. Avoid them at all costs if you value your money and nerves.

On August 31, 2025, I placed order #PL0795944722G. The item arrived, but I decided to return it within the allowed time frame. More than 3 months ago (!) I sent the package back, received confirmation that they got the return — but I still haven’t seen a single euro back.
I contacted support — they told me the refund is “being reviewed by the risk management team” and I just need to wait 5–9 days. That was over 3 months ago. Since then — zero messages, zero money, complete silence. I’ve sent dozens of emails, opened multiple tickets — total ignorance. No reply, no refund, no apology.
This is straight-up scamming customers. They hold your money with zero explanation, support gives you excuses at first and then just stops responding altogether.
If you don’t want to lose your money and waste your nerves — avoid OptikaWorld at all costs! There are plenty of normal online opticians where refunds are processed in 1–2 weeks, not turned into an endless nightmare.
Extremely disappointed and angry. I do not recommend this store to anyone.

Ku mojemu zdziwieniu (po przeczytaniu wszystkich negatywnych komentarzy) paczka dotarła z lekkim opóźnieniem. Produkt pełnowartościowy.

Z mojego konta PayPal zostalo zlozone zamowinie na 2 pary oprawek w tym sklepie online. Gdy zostalam powiadomiona o tym przez moj bank, zglosilam sprawe natychmiast do payPal i do sklepu. PayPal zabezpieczyl moje konto, ale sprawe rozstrzygniecia zakupu pozostawil mi i Optyka World. Skelp obiecal mi na poczatku refund w ciagu 5-9 dni roboczych. Minely juz 42 dni ( 30 dni roboczych), a oni twierdza, ze nadal musza badac sprawe! Do dnia dzisiejszego nie otrzymala zwrotu pieniedzy ze sklepu. Nie ma mozliwosci skontaktowania sie z nimi telefonicznie, a za kazdym razem na moj ponaglajacy email, odpowiada bot zamiast human agent. Ten sklep to jest totalne dno i oszustwo. Naglasniam sprawe w mediach.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this store. My experience with them has been nothing but a complete disaster.

I placed an order and never received what I paid for. When I tried to resolve the issue, the seller simply ignored every message and refused to cooperate. I had to escalate the case through PayPal, and even then the seller did not respond at all during the entire dispute process.

It is absolutely unacceptable for any business to behave this way. Their communication is non-existent, their customer service is a joke, and their overall attitude clearly shows they do not care about customers whatsoever.

Thanks to PayPal, I eventually received a refund — not because the seller helped, but because they completely ignored the dispute. This alone says everything you need to know about how this company operates.

Do not trust this store.
Do not give them your money.
There are countless honest shops out there — this one is definitely not one of them.

Very disappointing experience with this store.
I returned the product I ordered and followed every step of the return process exactly as instructed. In my return request, I clearly stated the reason: the item was supposed to be a birthday gift for a friend who had just been in a serious car accident, and instead of the gift, he urgently needed financial help — so the refund was important and time-sensitive.

I used the return label (which I paid for myself), and the package was delivered back to the store on October 23rd — confirmed by tracking.

Since then:

No refund

No response to any emails

No update on the return status

Only an automated request to “rate their customer service” — which is ironic, because there was no customer service at all

According to EU consumer law, the seller must issue a refund within 14 days after receiving the returned item. This legal obligation has been completely ignored.

The store was fully informed from the beginning that the refund was urgent, yet they chose to ignore both communication and responsibility.

I cannot recommend this shop to anyone who expects reliable service, respect for the customer, or a proper refund process.

Good afternoon. I am very dissatisfied with this store. I ordered glasses but had to return them. The store gave me a clear answer that they received my refund and that the money would be returned to my card soon. But it has been more than two weeks but I still haven't received my money, regularly writing to them by mail I haven't received a clear answer when I will get my money back. Especially a couple of days ago I received a message that my case was closed. But I haven't received any money.

Złożyłem zamówienie w OptykaWorld, które zostało anulowane z powodu rzekomego "ryzyka transakcji". Sklep poinformował mnie, że otrzymam zwrot pieniędzy oraz osobny link do płatności przez PayPal. Minęło ponad 8 dni – nie otrzymałem ani zwrotu, ani żadnej wiadomości.

Brak jakiejkolwiek reakcji ze strony obsługi klienta budzi poważne wątpliwości co do rzetelności sklepu. Jeśli sklep sam decyduje o anulowaniu transakcji, powinien niezwłocznie zwrócić środki i poinformować klienta o dalszych krokach.

Na ten moment nie polecam – sytuacja wygląda niepoważnie, a brak komunikacji to czerwona flaga. Czekam na rozwiązanie sprawy, ale jeśli nic się nie zmieni, rozważę dalsze kroki.

Właśnie otrzymałam swoje okulary przeciwsłoneczne - Optykaworld było jedynym miejscem jakie znalazłam, w którym dało się zamówić oprawki Moschino w kształcie serc ze szkłami korekcyjnymi. Efekt - 10/10. Realizacja całkiem szybka, oprawki oryginalne, szkła dokładnie takie, jakie zamówiłam i wprawione idealnie. Bardzo konkurencyjne ceny. Jestem mega zadowolona, mogę z czystym sumieniem polecić.

W moim przypadku zero negatywów. Zamówiłam okulary bałam się bo opinie były słabe. Dostałam sms po dobie że okularów które chciałam nie mają. Mailowo odpisują w ciągu 10-20 min (także szybko). Pan powiedział że jeżeli sobie życzę anuluję zamówienie (dał zniżkę na kolejne zakupy) zwrot środków miał być 3-5dni robiczych - dostałam zwrot po 2 dniach. Także jeżeli chodzi o ich prace zero zarzutów.
Dodam że maile pisane z doradcami są w języku angielskim.

Dzisiaj otrzymałam oprawki zamówienie ok 1,5 tyg. temu. Wszystko poszło bez problemowo, aczkolwiek oprawki przyszły w innym kolorze niż zamawiałam. Czy ktoś dokonywał zwrotu? Po przeczytaniu opinii trochę martwię się czy dostanę pieniądze z powrotem.

Bardzo dobra obsługa klienta, obsługują jedynie w języku angielskim. Bardzo szybko otrzymałam pomoc. Zamawiałam okulary guess razem ze szkłami korekcyjnymi, wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku. Okulary są świetne, do tego piękne skórzane etui. Trzeba być jedynie świadomym że czas oczekiwania na produkt to około 3 tygodnie. Ogólnie polecam bo oryginalne oprawki w extra cenach, pewnie repliki no ale cóż ja jestem zadowolona.
