Optically.co.nz Arvostelua

Really wish I had read the reviews before ordering. It has been 2 weeks since I ordered and I have heard nothing from them despite several emails. They claimed shipping in 48 hours and regular updates but I have received neither. Please if you read this take do take the risk ordering from a company that doesn't value it's customers.

Francis handled my problem perfectly. I will use Optically.co.nz again thanks to him.

Unfortunately I broke the frame on my glasses during the week before Christmas. I managed to send a replacement frame and a script off before Christmas and was delighted to receive them back 2 weeks later. Will definitely use again.

My first frames weren't available but it took 3 plus weeks to let me know that. They were still showing on the website at that time. So I chose some new ones and asked if they could be prioritised but it still took about 4 more weeks before they arrived. I was happy with them once I received them but the whole process took too long. On the plus side, once I got hold of someone at Optically by phone, they did follow up with several emails letting me know what was happening.

Very good communication re my orders.
Unfortunately my puppy ruined my glasses and that is why I needed to order another pair. Quality glasses and reasonable price.

Happy with service and product. Thank you

From my experience, Optically I feel has no right to operate on the New Zealand internet like it is a NZ based company when all they are is an offshore business with a New Zealand web address and forwarding address, 1//Optically claimed that they had never received my frames that I had posted to there Wellington NZ address, fortunately, I had used track and trace,2// Then they clamed I had not sent my prescription for my eyesight WRONG.3// It took 3 months from when the order was made to the time I received my glasses back which were damaged with a dislocated hinge that Optically claimed I had sent them in this damaged condition. I had to take them to my optician to get them to fix the dislocated hing. All of this took mutable emails plus phone calls to there helpline each time with hollow promises that included weak excuses from them never receiving the frames to no prescription to damage then telling me they did not have the lenses. I have all the correspondence plus photo of the dislocated hinge.

The staff were very helpful. They answered all my questions thoroughly

Good quality, fast and affordable.

I have been extremely happy with the glasses i have purchased, .
Great quality and very affordable too.
Love the vast range they have to choose from.

Pretty pleased with the glasses and the quick delivery of them. My measuring skills need honing so i'm expecting to be able to bend over without them shooting off my face next time.

Easy and affordable way to buy glasses. Quick turnaround and glasses packaged safely.
Have had my current pair for over 2 years now so will be purchasing another pair again soon.

Communication for refund took a little while but everything else with my order was great. I will order from optically again.

I have ordered twice now and am always stoked.

fast and professional excellent customer service

Easy website to navigate and enter prescriptions. Also great prices

Once I finally received them I was so happy, my glasses were so affordable & have made my everyday life so much easier.

Really happy with my prescription sunnies, although the delivery process was really long and drawn out, but great customer service over the phone to try and sort it.
