As soon as I asked Kevin he seemed very helpful assesed what needed doing got on with it in a professional and pleasant manner explained what he was doing throughout which I found realy interesting when finished it looked realy good and I felt so chuffed that the crack was sorted and that I wouldn’t have to drive worrying that the crack was going to get bigger and lead to a new window screen carnt thank him enough for a ace job well done thankyou 👍🏼

Went back the next day and job done and Mark had all the paperwork done.

Kev was very polite and professional
Kev was very polite and professional. I watched as he completed the work carefully explaining to me all the time, how and why he needed to do each aspect of the repair. For me, very interesting.
Kev told me at the beginning that the chip damage would still be visible at the end, so don't expect it to be invisible!

I am really really pleased with my experience. I had no intention of getting my chip repair today but i spotted the tent in Asda car park and thought i would ask how it all worked. I knew i wanted to get it repaired before the winter set in. The man i spoke to was very approachable and friendly and i asked him how it all worked. He came and looked at my screen for me and said he could repair it. He explained that there is always a mark left over but it is completely sealed and that was my main concern. He helped me check my insurance policy and saw that i was covered by my insurance company without it effecting my no claims and i just needed to pay a £25 excess fee. Which i was more than happy to pay as its much cheaper than getting the whole window screen replaced. He explained it would take about 20 minutes so i popped into asda for a cuppa while i waited. When i got back to my car he had just finished and i was absolutely amazed by what he had done. I struggled to even see the chip at first as it was quite a visible one. He had done that good of a job. I was still expecting to be able to see the chip a lot more than that. I was so happy with the outcome and also felt a huge sense of relief that it had been done and it was one less thing to worry about. He then took a few of my details and i made payment via card and that was it, all done! Stress free, hassle free and simple, if only everything could be that stress free 😂 I am incredibly grateful for the service i received today and will definitely be recommending you! Massive thank you 😊

Not just a repair but a craft.
I had my van windscreen repaired today at a Morrisons car park in Tamworth by I believe Clive and had such a positive experience I thought I had to leave a review somewhere. I've had a chip repaired before and was disappointed with the aesthetic but the chip didn't spread to a crack so I assumed that was the way it was. I was wrong. I had the repair done expecting the same and had even mentioned this before having the repair done. When Clive asked me if I'd like to see the repair again I just dismissed it saying 'it's a chip repair' but as he seemed to want to show me I had a look and was honestly taken aback at the fact that I couldn't locate where the chip had been! Not only was I extremely happy with the result I enjoyed the fact that the engineer obviously takes pride in their work. Highly recommended.

Very honest
I was in Winnersh Sainsburys when a pop up tent was there. The gentleman (Paul, I think) took a look at my windscreen and told me it didn't need a fix! It's such a good sign when someone tells you their services aren't needed, he even showed my pictures of the type of damage I need to be concerned with. Whilst I didn't need Optic Kleer today I'll use them in the future.
