Great customer service in resolving my survey problem.
Many thanks.

The response to queries is very quick, the surveys are interesting and redeeming rewards is easy and fast. Very good, reliable company.

The quantity of surveys available seems to have improved somewhat on here, but the quality of them remains the same. Late disqualifications are common, as are surveys with technical faults. Failed surveys are not numbered, so complaints are difficult. Biggest problem for me is surveys that require audio but do not offer subtitles. This to me shows an unacceptable ignorance of the deaf community and a lack of interest by the company of holding the survey-producers to account for this and other survey faults. Complaints are met with either a complete lack of understanding of the problem or a vague promise to "pass it on" to someone, so of course, nothing ever happens.

surveys you get through to are interesting and easy to complete. The rewards are easy to achieve and come through quickly.

Motivating points system and rewards on a non-complex interface

Great company to do surveys with, quick communication and a great range of surveys!

Really very helpful assistants. They are always ready to help. And email to explain what they have done for you.

I find the survey quite interesting. I don't qualify for some survey but I love the fact you are told that earlier so you don't waste your time on them.
The rewards are quick to access.

Fast response to my query and very helpful.

Fabulous, interesting surveys. Yes, you get screened out of some, but that happens with all survey companies. The surveys you get through to are interesting and easy to complete. The rewards are easy to achieve and come through quickly.

Crap site. Most of the surveys take way longer than they say, you get screened out of most them after spending ages on them and then when you try to redeem your account is blocked

I am new hear but the little time have spent with opinion outpost is just so amazing, easy survey and easy payout,

I'm happy that you delt with my issue right away.

Amazing survey site

I find the surveys I do interesting, apart from earning a little extra cash I learn a lot from what's going on in the world and get a good idea of what is to come in the future. It's.one of the best survey sites.

The responses when raising problems are very quick and positive, but there is a general problem of apparent screen outs due to age ( ageist ? ) or sometimes delayed screen outs ( eg up to 5 minutes participation ) with no award made for the long time involved before the screen out occurs. The first time I got to 100points and were able to redeem for a £5 AMAZON gift card relatively easily. Since then i'r has been a total con. I got to 90 points then all the surveys I complete 'glitch out' at the end of the survey just before rewarding you the points, conveniently enough!! What a waste of time and total con.
