Misleading sales pitch and hidden contract terms — proceed with extreme caution
I had an extremely frustrating and misleading experience with Ophanim AI. During the sales presentation, the service was explicitly marketed as a 100% automated, "autopilot" client acquisition machine designed to handle outreach without manual intervention. Relying entirely on those representations, I paid for the service. However, after payments were collected, I was sent a formal contract containing clauses that directly contradicted what was pitched. The agreement legally mandated substantial daily manual labor—including sending 50 manual direct messages every single day and posting content multiple times a week. When I immediately raised this discrepancy and requested a cancellation before signing the contract or completing any onboarding, the business refused to issue a refund. Ultimately, I had to recover the funds through a formal chargeback dispute with my issuing bank. To make matters worse, screenshots of my video call and business details were posted to their social media marketing pages without my permission or consent to falsely imply an active client relationship. I strongly recommend thoroughly scrutinising their contract terms before making any payment.
