Al de derde horloge dat ik bij jullie koop. Met de laatste heb ik wel pech want die moet ik terugsturen wegens defect. Ik vind het spijtig dat de enige optie geld terug geven is en dat er geen nieuwe horloge wordt aangeboden. Om het defecte horloge terug te sturen is alles wel goed en gemakkelijk geregeld, nu nog mijn centjes terug en ik kan een nieuwe bestellen.

Supersnel geholpen. Horloge was al uitverkocht maar de lieve medewerker kon er toch nog 1 vinden. Had hem de volgende dag al in huis.
