As a supplier of professional equipment bought mainly by professionals, it is highly important to present product parameters that are essential to each type of product. Something that others suppliers do on a daily basis.

The 128mm 4KG

The 128mm 4KG, 5KG, and 6KG shot puts carried by On Track & Field, Inc. are developing a cult following among Masters Level shot putters. The reason is due to their scarcity. I participate as a shot putter at 15-20 Senior Olympic meets sponsored by the USATF, National Senior Games, State Games of America, and locally sponsored meets. At almost all of the meets I am the only athlete with the 128mm shot. Simple physics prove that more force can be generated when pushing against a larger surface area with the mass of the object constant. Bottom line, they give a verifiable increase in distances thrown.

The interaction was amazing and I felt they truly went out of their way to deliver what I needed and in time for my athletes to compete. Thank you so much for all you have done. I hope to continue to do business with you in preparation for next season. I will need more poles. LOL Coach Albert

Lacking customer service

Lacking customer service. Had to call several times after being told they would call me "right back" or "tomorrow". I would have to call and follow up on the error with my order on numerous occasions.
