Online Smoke Arvostelua 

Order took 11 days to arrive..broken...then another week for the broken part. Was not wrapped sufficiently so caused this delay. They also needed prompting to send the replacement, telling me it was sent a few days ago, but tracking shows it was picked not long after my email that was asking for the tracking number. I have received several broken items from them over time, but never anything broken from the several other vendors I buy from. Consistently Unprofessional, unorganised, there's just too many vendors out there providing exceptional service nowadays..e.g ordered item from similar vendor Sunday night, and it arrived Tuesday morning, no delays, no out of stocks, no breakages. Unless they have something no one else has, I won't be buying again.

Over a two month wait time, incorrect item delivered.

Easy to navigate site and actually called me to suggest an alternate to an item that was no longer available and was absolutely happy with the replacement in my order, packaged so well, delivery was quick, would definitely recommend and use this site again

I have placed an order on 22 July and still received no update except payment received confirmation.
02 number is switched off.
Have emailed on 27 July but received no response.
Hopefully not a scam??

The tube filling machine is faulty and won.t work correctly. The tobacco filler has stayed out and won.t retract and the machine is trying to work even when there is no tube fitted.
I have sent you an email on 26th July 2024 and received no response and today I have tried to call your 02 number and it doesn't.t connect...it just says call ended.
I am still keen to have one of your machines so I would like to send the faulty one back, but where am I to send it. I would really like a replacement. Thank you.

I've always been impressed with how well Online Smoke securely packages my orders. Ample padding would probably be an understatement as nothing has ever arrived damaged. When an item is sent I've always received it within a week. They're polite and their range is affordable.

I bought over 200 dollars worth of items from them a month ago and paid but I didn't receive an email confirming that I had paid. I sent an email to them and received no reply. I have bought from them before and been happy with their products, but they have stolen from me here.

Phone number displayed on website also doesn't work.

Forgot to post order for 8 days, forgot an item in order.

This online smoke shop completely scam i ordered stuff its cost me 115$ and the shipping cost 45 $ but I didn’t receive anything from 12 of June i try to call and email them no body respond this is new way to scam and take people’s money I'm not gone leave it i will find the way to make them refund my money very soon.

I've ordered a few things over time and have never had a issue with any items I have ordered that being no broken glass pieces or something being wrong with a bong not being air-tight enough or a cracked cone piece, well packaged and good delivery time thanks again!
