Parcel was to be delivered by Evri who are in my experience the worst delivery company out there. That doesn't excuse Onlinepoundstore as having paid £5 postage they chose to use Evri. I have tracked my parcel and it is not moving and so called customer service who actually don't know anything about "customer service". I insisted under Consumer Rights that they refund my money. They tried to palm me off with various excuses and in the end I insisted on speaking to a supervisor who I had to inform that they cannot deny me my rights under the law of the land and my contract is with them and there contract is with Evri. Eventually he agreed to refund me my money I will wait and see.

I ordered a few items to spread the cost of the delivery. The one item I placed the order for was similar but not what I had actually ordered when it arrived. I messaged them through their website and received a prompt reply but they wanted proof (a photo of the incorrect item)…. I sent this and then received a refund. This was upsetting as I wanted the item not a refund and they never asked. I wrote a bad review on here (now edited to reflect improved experience) and I got an email saying they were sending the replacement item! I am very grateful as it was the main thing I wanted from my order! I live in a rural area so I was going to have to buy online again and when the product is £1.15 and postage £5 it’s a bit ridiculous.
Overall I am very happy with the service but could do better on communication.
Prices are great, customer service is prompt and delivery was fast.

No problem with the delivery, except parcel being just left on the front door. Packing- not great and some of the items got damaged. The worst- some of the cosmetics had expired in 2005!! Some of the products were all leaked out or the consistency had changed down to something like a concrete - hardly something was left inside or is good to be used. This is not saving money, this is spending money on waste, sorry to say that.

I have never used this company before, but I placed an order one day and it was here the next. Very impressed with the service, would use them again.

I ordered on the 2nd October 22, waited for deliver as the dispatch stated it was on route. Got emails saying it was delayed. Ordered from elsewhere as needed the cleaning products to clean house before moving to new house. I rang this morning as still not arrived. Customer service offered a refund straight away with apologies for the list parcel. Refund hit my account within 5 mins. I cannot fault the company.

I have used this company for a few years now with a few little niggles. My last order which still hasn’t arrived which was place on the 13/10/22 supposed to be coming Monday, I have had issues with before I could even place a order.
The rewards vouchers didn’t work on checkout so I contacted customer service and the reply was ,we’re experiencing technical issues, this took 2 days not helpful, so waited another 2 days for the same reply, in the end I placed the order without the £3 reward and asked for a refund for it, reply it’s now fixed and no info on my reward refund. By this time half the items I wanted had gone out of stock. I asked again when my order would be dispatched,no reply. Now finally the email stating dispatched has items missing due to the long dispatch time. I was silly I should have paid the extra £1 for next day which I will do next order, yes I will order again as they stock items I can’t get anywhere else.

I ordered some goods way back in September. On Friday 7th October I was informed that my parcel, which has incorrect items in it, would be delivered on Saturday 8th October. I left a safe place incase i was out. Nothing was delivered and nothing today. I've received no further correspondence despite sending emails to them. I will never use these people again. Absolutely appalling. As I am disabled I rely on online shopping. Disgraceful!!!
