Love this lamp! Quickly delivered.

Very quick delivery, arrived in good condition.

My light arrived in record time and is very beautiful. Will order from them again.

Easy to use website, extra fast delivery and I am delighted with my two new table lamps!

Really quick and great price for the lights

Virtually no instructions and the remotes had an odd size battery despite paying £60 each for them. Customer services never answer the phone. Always goes to voicemail.

Look like imported lights from China

I cannot fault the customer service: there was a problem with one part of my order and the customer services agent I spoke to was extremely helpful and dealt with the matter so speedily, that I received a replacement the next day. I would certainly buy from them again.

An excellent company! Easy to use and navigate website. Some really excellent, good quality products. Easy ordering and payment. Extremely quick delivery. I really wish I could post a picture! Thank you!

I ordered two Edit Monica LED Ceiling Pendant Lights on the 10th November because the OnlineLighting.co.uk website clearly stated that the items were in stock with delivery expected within two days. I received an email confirming this, so I had no reason to doubt the order.

Four days later, after the goods failed to arrive, I logged into my account and was horrified to find the status changed to “stock pending” with no explanation and no indication of when the items might be delivered. The listing now shows an estimated delivery time of two to four weeks. This is completely unacceptable and blatantly misleading. I would never have placed the order if I had known the lights were not actually in stock.

I attempted to contact the company twice by telephone, only to reach a message stating that no one was available to take my call. I then sent a message through their website, but all I received was an automated response advising that I would be contacted in two days. I still have no update.

You took my money under false pretences and I have no lights. Where are my lights? This service is disgraceful.

This app is convenient anf offers a wide range of products to choose from. It's easy to use, but I think the loading time and search filters could still be improved for faster browsing. Despite that, my overall experience was positive and the order process was straightforward, and I received timely updates about my purchase. With few updates, this app could easily be one of the best in its category.

Amazing! Ordered my picture frame lights at 7:55pm and they were delivered the next day at 12pm. The lights are beautiful. Highly recommend

Easy website, great pictures and measurements. Light was better than expected really good quality and price. Order came next day very impressed.

It is not often customer service is a WOW. We ordered our new porch lantern in the evening and had it delivered (a surprise) the very next morning. It has made me want to use Online Lighting again... the way every online purchase should go.
