Online Estate Agents Arvostelua

Having had an awful experience with emoov, I was delighted when OEA picked up my sale. My property was listed within 24 hours and I received plenty of interest very quickly. All aspects of correspondence and marketing were efficient and effective.
Thanks to all at OEA from a very satisfied seller👍

Elliott conducted a desk top valuation for us, he was quick and efficient.
Thank you

We had a lot of stress and neglected case almost 5 months with our Solicitors ,but that's way Sarah was always there to support me and chase them solving all upcoming issues every single new day ( Thank you Sarah).
Online Estate Agents definitely offered me excellent service, keep it up please!
One more huge "THANKS" without you I couldn't success with my purchase.

I was buying a flat; Sarah was the agent representing the vendor. I found her to be easily contactable, highly professional and helpful at all times. She arranged viewings at short notice and was very accommodating.

I had a little bit of stress when moving out of my sold flat but Sarah was on the end of the phone every step of the way and calmed me down eventually it got sorted & my move was stress free. Thank you Sarah

We recently bought an house from online estate agents and Bill was absolutely first class in the service he provided. Always there to smooth out and deal with the enquires we had, in fact helped us more than our estate agents who we sold with. I would highly recommend them and especially Bill to anyone. Thanks for all the time you gave us Bill.

From start to finish a 1st class service. I had not heard of an 'sales co-ordinator' before (sorry if I have that wrong Sarah)! Scott did the initial pricing and pictures and the property was up on the websites the next day. Sarah, was assigned to help the process go smoothly, which she did, nothing was too small, she chased viewings right through to finally getting the sale complete - a truly competent person, with excellent inter-personal skills, I would highly recommend Online Estate Agents and the team and will definitely be using them again - THANK YOU

Absolutely fantastic service. I recently bought a flat and Sarah has been my main contact at onlineestateagent. She made the whole process very smooth by keeping me in the loop and proactively managing all the issues. I can say without Sarah my house deal probably would have been very very painful and would have taken much longer time. If you want a service with that personal touch I would definitely reccomend Sarah. My best wishes Sarah and thank you so much.

This sale has been my first experience of using an on line estate agency. Bill did the photographs and the house description was quickly placed on the internet and the for sale board in place. Bill handled the viewings and the property was sold really quickly. Both he and Sarah kept us informed at every stage of the house sale. By using emails to keep me informed everything was sorted really quickly. Sarah did everything that she said she would and was very efficient and cheerful throughout the sale. So we would highly recommend both Bill and Sarah in any property sale. Many thanks to you both.

Having just dealt with an emotional property sale following a bereavement, we found Bill Reid extremely approachable during the arrangement of the sale. He is very knowledgeable, and is always contactable, no matter what day or time, which is unheard of in this industry. Following the sale being agreed, we dealt with Sarah Davies for all the post sale queries/questions. Again, we found Sarah to be polite, professional and we received excellent communication from her keeping us updated through to completion. We would highly recommend Online Estate Agents for the service that we received, and the reasonable charges we paid, unlike a lot of other estate agents. We would have no hesitation in using them again.

Recently i sold one of my property and sarah dealt with me really professionally and with excellent customer service.
Her communication skills were great and everything went just as planned.
Thank u online estate Agent.

Having recently sold our house through OnlineEstateAgents.com I am very happy to recommend them. I found the whole team including Martyn, Sharon and especially Sarah to be very professional, efficient and helpful. Sarah went over and above her role to keep me regularly informed about the sale progress and ensured smooth communication across the chain. As I believe there is always room for improvement, I am giving them four stars.

Online exceeded all our expectations. Sarah was helpful, friendly and very professional keeping us informed every step of the way. We are not planning to move house ever again but if we did we would definitely use Online.

I recently met Scott at my property he gave a very professional, thorough and personable valuation. My property was marketed quickly and he achieved the sale and exchange within 7 days of the valuation at a price higher than my expectation. Scott and his team were fast, efficient and kept me update every step of the way. I would highly recommend Scott and his team when considering selling your property.

Myself and my wife Julie had been banging our heads against the wall trying to sell our property with Purple Bricks, and in the end we had almost given up. We'd been left with no answers to our questions and the customer service was frustrating.

Talking with Elliott has been a breath of fresh air, and we couldn't be happier with his attention to detail and reliability. We now actually have a realistic understanding of the process and valuation.

We've recommended the company based on our experience so far, so we thought we might as well write a review. We feel like we're in safe hands now, and we just wanted to say a big thank you to Elliot for making the process so easy, and making sure we're OK 24/7. Thank you!

Chatted to a young lad called Elliott in the midlands about myy property after getting a lwsflet through the door. Great service from him in particular and online service is useful. Will be using in future.

Elliott was very helpful and understanding during the sale of our house. It was difficult to leave after so many years but he listened and helped us to make the transition to our new home.

Rakhee and Sharon at Online Estate Agents managed the sale of my property extremely well, through numerous set backs. They kept me well informed and helped chase the buying and selling side of my transaction. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. Thanks

I can't commend Bill highly enough for the most excellent service he has given us.Both he and Sarah kept us informed at every stage of the house sale. The house was sold in the first 7 days subject to contract. Their knowledge of the property market was excellent. We would highly recommend both Bill and Sarah in any property sale. Many thanks to you both.

A fantastic experience with On Line Estate Agents. I can honestly say that Sarah Davies is the most efficient, proactive, unfailing cheerful Estate Agent I have ever dealt with. Sarah made the whole process easy from start to finish. Thank you so much.
