Refund promised, then ignored — would not recommend
I signed up to Online Business Club and contacted support the very next day to request a refund, well within their stated 7-day money-back guarantee period.
Dustin from support replied and asked for my invoice, which I sent straight away. He then told me my refund request had been passed to Dave because he was the only person who could issue refunds, and that it usually takes a couple of business days for the money to clear.
It has now been over a week, and I have been completely ignored. No refund, no updates, and no replies to my follow-up emails.
In my opinion, this is a very poor and untrustworthy way to treat customers, especially when they advertise a refund policy but do not seem to honour it. The course itself was also very brief, with information that can easily be found for free on YouTube. I did not find a clear roadmap or blueprint to follow, and the content felt outdated.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Online Business Club to anyone. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
