CSA Abdul was excellent 👍 he immediately understood the issue and offered a solution! I have the new ATA box to be able to use my Oyster machine. He got the back office to configure the ATA box assigned the phone number and everything worked! Thank you Abdul for going above and beyond to fix my service!

This company are a disgrace

This company are a disgrace we've been with them for six years and there line was your call would be answered in five rings WHAT A JOKE When you have been waiting 35 minuets and sick of hearing there pathetic excuse of your call is Important to us.then when some one answers and you tell them the problem they transfer you only to wait another40 minutes . when I speak to the next person and explain they turned off our land line THREE MONTHS AGO and have still not sorted out our landline he then says there been a problem and someone will ring me on Wednesday on my mobile of which they have diverted all my business calls through which I was unaware of .then I ask why as it cost me over three hundred pounds so far this year he can't tell me he will have to transfer me to billing department .I was seething what a joke I waited another 45 minutes till 6 o clock and no answer I gave up .When they ring me on wedensday I will be canceling my contract .......

Broadband issues

Forlan was absolutely amazing service was disconnected but he went out of his way to restore the broadband service would highly recommend using this broadband company
