Horrible customer service. Sent a different finish than what I ordered and it took forever. Then they tried to make me ship it back to them or destroy it. Some type of bot or extremely rude person. They have been sending harassing emails ever since. They refuse to stop contacting and harassing me.

Great fast service, Customer service was extremely kind in responding to my requests, and the lamp fully meets my highest expectations.

I ordered 3 beautiful Henry pendant lights and love them, they arrived within 2 weeks, unfortunately one of the pendant glass shades was shattered but I contacted customer service and they promptly offered to send me a new shade. Customer service was easy to communicate with and very polite. I will be ordering more from ome in the future!

Overall I had a good experience with Omelighting. Initially, I placed an order for 2
wall sconces. After I hit the button to order, I got cold feet because of mixed reviews in the universe and instantly cancelled the order (as soon as I could figure out the convoluted way to do so). Their site says you have 24 hours to cancel, I cancelled within minutes. The next day, I discovered my card was charged $250. I contacted the company via email and told them that I instantly cancelled the order and that they shouldn’t not have charged me. The next day, the sconces arrived. WHAT??!! I ultimately loved the sconces…they were super cute. There were a few issues with bulb size, but the company is responsive to emails, and quite helpful and I was able to get it figured out. I ended up keeping and loving the sconces. They are a real company and the product was really nice and works well. I’d order from them again. I would just say to absolutely make sure that you want to order what you are ordering because once you push the button, it’s yours. Also, they do respond to emails, but I don’t think they are in the US so it usually takes a good day or so to hear back. I would order from them again.

Absolutely obsessed with my Doodle Lamp! It is beyond perfect!

Product was ok, but definitely lower quality knockoffs of higher quality products. They seem to use photos of the original, genuine products and sell lower quality knockoffs. Shipping very slow.

The lamp is really wonderful and beautiful. The communication about the order and the delivery were also really great. I think this company is doing a great job.

Really bad customer service - either by AI bot or an offshore centre with someone deliberately employed to obfuscate. Sent damaged goods, refused to provide a refund. Tried to get me to purchase MORE lighting that I don't want or need with a discount code instead. Aside from the damage, the fittings I purchased supposed to be compatible with Australian standards but do not fit any globes on the market here. I would warn everyone against ordering on this site.
