From the first meeting until the job completion-Totally amazed. You could tell this is no fly by night company. They explained and use visuals what needed done to level the foundation and stabilize it. The estimate was fair and a date was given for completion with the agreement if a timeslot came open they would come then. Next day one came open. The crew showed up and completed the job in a few hours. Cleanup of the area was great and all issues were resolved. You could tell this company was interested in doing it right as supervisors showed up to ensure everything was right. (The crew did an outstanding job). I highly recommend if you have issues with your foundation call these folks. You won't be disappointed.

I had the pleasure of working with the Olshan crew for the second time several days ago. This job consisted of waterproofing one side of my foundation and connecting my gutter downspouts to a buried pipe that will discharge the water away from the foundation. Once again, I had Francisco as the Crew Supervisor and he was just as professional and pleasant as the first time I worked with Olshan. His crew consisted of Antonio, James and Juan. Each of them worked diligently to complete the project and they were meticulous. They were also pleasant to work with. Mike stopped by upon completion of the project to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work that was done…..I am completely satisfied and once again, the price was fair. Needless to say, I had another 5-star experience with Olshan and I thank Paul and Corey again for their guidance. I have one more foundation project to complete so I will be utilizing Olshan, again, in the near future.

I was referred to Marcos by a company working over a bathroom in my house. Turns out the sub floor, a couple joists and a supporting beam were in need of repair at the very least. Marcos worked extra hard to fit my emergency into his schedule, and now the bathroom renovation can proceed. The work crew arrived on time, put in yeoman’s service, and before the end of the day had repaired the damage to the affected elements, and the bathroom redo is no longer on hold. Thank you, Marcos!
