I ordered a simple bag in September. It is nearly New Year's Eve now, and I still haven't received it. There was never confirmation that it shipped, and when I click on order tracking in the email I received when I ordered, it goes to their website. I was worried it was a scam before I purchased, and next time I will trust my gut and not order.

DO NOT order from Olivia Mark! I ordered a top for my wife. After |30 days, they emailed me and asked to select another option since that color was out of stock. I selected one of the options and they emailed later saying it was also out of stock. They did provide a refund; however, the continued to sell the out of stock item on line. It definitely was a bait and bait and switch type web site.

I placed an order, but needed to cancel. They only have an email customer service contact (no phone). I emailed to cancel 15 minutes after I placed my order, and was told it was too late as it was being processed. The item was very poor quality upon receipt. I again contacted to return, and after a series of emails was told I could either keep it, and have a 40% store credit or keep it and receive 25% back. I would not recommend buying from this store. For what it’s worth, I’ve never felt compelled to write a review like this before.

I ordered sometime ago, and still have not received my order. It's saying it's in Tx since the 15th of Dec.

Ordered a two-piece outfit Malachite Green Multicolor print ensemble for $108.99. was TOTALLY disappointed. Material is cheap and it pales in comparison to the online photos. It is tatally different from the picture on their site. For the price. . I could have bought 4 outfits from Shein of better quality and style. I was going to try and send it back but read reviews on this company's shady return practices and just said the-hell-with-it! I just cut my losses and just know not to shop this site again. I wish i would have read the reviews prior to purchasing. Shipping wasn't too horrible. . longer than week and a half. My biggest complaints is the price for the material/design. Its definitely false advertisement..
I went on to lOlivia Marks site to look at the return process just to see what would happened . . .and after searching that site high and low, I could not find a return option. Myers beware. We work to hard fir our coins over here.

I purchased there black & White shoe I've looked at on my social media for a few years. Flat, with strap around the upper ankle. I decided to purchase it 2 weeks ago. I am yet to receive my order. I'm starting to believe this advertisement was not on the up and up. Sad part is still trying to find the confrontation number so I can present the purchase for research. There's no confrontation attachment with there product anywhere I can find.
UPDATE; So strangely after this message was posted. Two days later my shoes arrived. I do not change my mind about this store. Takes a company almost 3 weeks of sending me my product. I could see if this was Temu, Wish. You feel me. But no! An American company. Items travelling to my home at least in a week. So a big NO for ever ordering anything from them. Thank you. By the way. The shoes are comfortable and amazing.

I was blocked by this site for some unknown reason, i have no idea why

Their design are fresh, unique, and I love that they have pieces I can't find anywhere else. Every time I wear something from this brand, people ask where I got it, but the shipping time a bit long.

Be aware, this site is a scam! Do not be fooled by the nane of the brand, this is a Chinese based business with very bad quality clothes.

I received a dress very long time after ordering, it was bad quality and I wanted to return it. The customer service offered me 25% off instead of returning, I preferred to return it. I had to pay £20 for shipping to China and then they couldn’t find my return months after shipment so I technically made additional loss on the dress. They again offered me the 25% refund (which was £13) and it showed as processing but then they retracted it 😄 So I never got that too.

Do not buy from this site unless you want to lose your money!

I ordered a pair of jeans off their site, took almost a week to tell me they didn’t have them in my size and that they would refund me. It’s been going on 20 days tomorrow and I haven’t gotten a refund and my bank won’t give it back. That’s almost 40 bucks I’m out of. Never again will I shop with them.

O ordered a hat. It came to me crushed. I immediately contacted the customer service. They only wanted to give me 25% back. Do Not order from this company.

Firstly the shoes were not of a good finish , then it was DIY to put on the accessories that came with them separately ( this had no information on the description of the shoe ) the main accessory had been broken for one of the shoes which was unrepairable to top it I bought a size larger than needed and that was on the small size… not happy.

Horrendous experience!! One of our Worst ever online shopping experiences. Awful customer services! Ordered a 2 piece trouser and blouse matching embroidered outfit with cut-outs. Received a cheap Chinese printed nylon copy, no embroidery, no cut-outs and damaged. Customer services then ignored that it was a rubbish copy, that looked nothing like the advert and instead refused to refund, saying we must have damaged it. LOL. Don't waste your money!!!

Ordered a pair of slippers from their website as the result of a Google shopping search. Picked out the color I wanted and the size I needed. The next day, I received this email:
We are sorry that due to the recent increase in orders, the actual stock of the product in our warehouse is inconsistent with the stock which is shown on our website. While processing your order, we found that the product you ordered is unavailable now.

In all colors and all sizes, apparently. They offered to sell me a completely different product, which I did not want. I asked them to cancel the order. We will see if they refund my money.
Totally untrustworthy site.

Bought a jumpsuit which looked absolutely stunning online for €63. It arrived and is nothing like the Pictures, cheap tacky.....Will NOT order ever again..

Got my tops from Olivia Mark. Shipping took a bit longer than I thought, but they arrived in good condition. Quality is ok for the price.

I order some clothing for my wife months ago. Took forever to arrive, then i got a note telling me that the addressee is not correct. I checked with the post office and there is no order. I sent Olivia Mark an email every day for two weeks inquiring about the product or the monies taken from my credit card. As of now, i haven't gotten a response from anyone. I am now convinced that i was ripped off. Losers

I have 19 emails with this company due to product not arriving within the 7-10 business days. I am being told the items are in transit and I need to be patient. We are approaching day 17. This is an international company so you are not able to speak to anyone. The email communication is extremely frustrating. Please do NOT waste your time or money with this company.

This is a scam company. The product was cheap and I tried to return it. They sent a message offering me 25% refund or 40% credit. In order to get a 100% refund the item would need to be mailed to some address in China with tracking, which costs almost as much as the item itself. Very unscrupulous. Do not do business with them!
