Not to be trusted for vegetarians.
Called in and ordered vegetarian food ‘beef tomato’ and hash brown with a bagel. It was served what we thought was chopped sun-dried tomato in oil. Turned out to be chorizo (too late a spoon full went in). Having been vegetarian for nearly 50 years we felt we felt very let down. Some half hearted apologies with staff looking confused as I explained, with no idea what this actually meant. The man was even slightly smiling when I explained (😐). I asked him to take it off the bill as there was no offer from him to do this. He even charged us for the rest demonstrating lack of understanding what had happened and how bad it was. Apparently ‘Beef Tomato’ sounds like ‘Beef Choritzo’ (he said) even though that wasn’t an option for the breakfast bagel. I clearly heard my wife order ‘beef tomato’ twice. Shockers. What about other dietary requirements?
