Basically the same trash as Tapjoy.

Unhelpful support, even after giving plenty of proof that the task was completed. They can't even bother writing a custom response, they just basically tell you to f off in corporate speak.

Don't waste your time.

I have completed an offer but did not receive awards. Raised million cases but they did not give my rewards back. Useless customer service.

bij de begin krijg ik netjes de beloning maar als ik dan veder ga en dus hoger kom krijg ik niks

als ik dan een melding maak bij offerwall krijg ik als bericht

we kunnen niet uitbetalen wegens dat de eisen van de advertentie niet behaald zijn

terwijl eerst krijg ik netjes me beloning zonder probleem en daarna opeens niet meer en kom ik niet meer overeen met de eisen beetje raar

het is me nu al 8 keer gebeurd en bij dommige heb ik zelfs geld moeten betalen voor een beloning en vervolgens de beloning niet gekregen

Offerwall awesome people I made mistake just simple naive mistake I contacted them guys they responded right away.
I am very appreciative with customer support especially Sofia and Daniel these two guys great helpers and I am very thankful to them, so yes I recommend offerwall/topjoy even if you make the error they will help 100% great helpers thank you guys.

Followed the directions on site, didn't receive the reward and when I contacted customer service I just received this message:
'We regret to inform you that your issue was found to be ineligible for the reward, due to the following:
Not meeting the requirements of the offer - Violation of our Terms of Service while using our Services.'

I like offerwall very much. Lots of games with amazing offers. Also their customer service is great. They really meet the satisfaction of every individual. They make sure that your concerns have solutions.

Offerwall/Tapjoy started out rough with a couple games. I had to go to Support several times. They gave me the gems and helped me through the process. Since then everything has been going great!! Thank you Support for all your help!!!!

I was not given my reward for purchasing a dollar shave club trial and creating an account. I have screenshots, and sent them but they claim they could not validate my click, purchase, etc. At some point you would think that they would follow up, but they just keep sending automated messages saying that they have updated the request. I have more screenshots that I could send, and I offered them an out instead of me writing this review, but I'll just be damned if I spend another dollar through one of their advertisers thinking it will pay off with an in game reward. Absolute joke customer service

I clicked on the link to the aspca website and paid the required amount, which wasn’t cheap. After never receiving the reward I asked them why and they said I didn’t do a monthly option which makes no sense because I did exactly what they told me and even got a notification saying I would be charged monthly before they officially charged me. Not only that but they were very horrible with the customer service their response never gave me a chance to ask any more questions or seek any more answers, they closed out my claim as soon as they answered me. I sent them a screen shot showing that I made the payment... Terrible waste of money, which really feels like they didn’t want to give me the rewards which is so frustrating because it is very clear that i should have been given the reward. It won’t change anything for them, their not losing any money I just do not understand it.

I had such an problem with the support from tapjoy, they didn't want to reward me since Sept 2nd, I gave up, on tonight I got Samantha a wonderful customer support person 10 days later rewarded me with no problem, thanks for being the kind support people need.

In necromerger you cam earn gems by paying fishdom. After grinding to level 1000 in 1 month, they dont send you gems and saying i violated the terms. Please dont waste your time

The "support" is nothing more than a bot, with pre-scripted responses. Keeps the customer in a loop, without ever addressing the issue! Says something like you "violated the terms of service or didn't complete the offer" but can't give any information or details. Just says to re-submit and back into the loop you go, without wver receiving your rewards or any actual help to get them🤬🤬🤬

Offerwall support was great and helped me get my rewards. Then followed up with me to ensure there was no further issues. They even offered to contact the company providing the offer if any further offers didn’t provide rewards. Tristian P was a great help.

Complete scam. Gets you to download apps, which they get paid for you doing in exchange for rewards. Rewards don't show up, I Create a ticket. After jumping hoops providing screenshots and feedback they close the ticket saying there is a breach of the terms of service. When I disagree and ask which term? They ghost me and even remove the ability to create a new ticket. Stay well clear guys this is the worst of the computer age treating people as an asset and not caring an iota to deliver what they promise

You can create a support ticket with them and they start to answer, but in my case they pretended I violated the terms of services and closed the ticket without any information which terms I violated and how I did that and they prevented any way for me to ask for feedback. Unhelpful bunch of people, don't waste your time with them.

I asked for help but it didn’t help me so i just bought zems. But after rreading all of these other reviews i cant relate because it didnt let me do the games thats why i seeked for help.

offerwall Shameful attitude, disrespectful, accusing the users of wrong doing when providing the Information requested regarding the purchase.
Scam company with pre determined bot answers and close the chat with a valid explanation.

They are absolute scum scammers

Terrible service, I downloaded two games, completed the required tasks and didn't receive the rewards. I contacted customer service twice for each game. The first time they simply said there was nothing they were able to do. And the second time they accepted the case and tried to send me the rewards but I still didn't receive them. After continuing a conversation they informed me that they were unable to assist me. Yet they are the customer service team and one of their colleagues already looked into it and accepted that I should have the rewards. But for some reason they made any excuse not to give me them. Will never use there service again, absolute waste of time.
