ODL Dental Clinic Arvostelua 

I cannot praise this practice highly enough. The reception staff are always polite and helpful. The practice has very high standards of cleanliness and modern well equipped surgeries. I have to say that I was disappointed when my original dentist left, but Dr Angie Pulido who replaced her is even better. She is by far the best dentist that I have ever seen and I have probably seen in excess of twenty dentists. Dr Angie explains everything in as much detail as you want and the standard of her work is far in advance of anything I have previously experienced. Dr Angie repaired minor damage on a front tooth edge that had been attempted about three or four times before by my previous dentist. The repair now cannot be seen and I have not had any problems since. Dr Angie also discovered that a back tooth that had been giving me bad pain and referred pain for many years, was in fact cracked down the middle and could not be seen on X-Rays. The tooth had to be removed and I am now pain free. As I previously stated, I cannot praise this practice and in particular Dr Angie, highly enough.

I've never particularly found visiting the dentist a pleasurable experience but ODL go above and beyond to make the experience as pleasurable as possible. It starts the moment you speak to reception who always make me feel like a special customer. Then there are the dental staff, their professionalism and friendly demeanour immediately puts me at ease and gives me confidence that I'm going to receive the best treatment available. The treatment I have received was explained to me in simple language an was performed efficient - with my well being always at the centre of attention. This care continued even after treatment. I'm am very pleased to have found ODL, they can assume I'm a customer for life.

I had invisalign treatment with Dr. John, I am very pleased with the final result and he is fantastic dentist. Great staff and reasonably priced.

I went there with broken bridge to be fixed .
I end up spending a lot of money but the problem was not solved .
They made me do a few procedures but what I asked for wasn't done until remaining of the tooth fell off!
No plan was made...I was seen by many doctors and communication between them seem terrible. I was given one information by one doctor in one appointment, in the next one they will tell me something different.
I couldn't control how much money I would need as i had no idea how much it will be as they were coming always with different issues!

Receptionists at Moorgate , not great either and arrogant!

Some Drs were good but it's a shame the bad ones overshadowed the good ones!!

Owners should be aware of this despicable behaviours and make people follow protocols and be more ethic providing the service...It's a duty of care they should have with their patients that they are failing badly .

Manager even though i complained for being overcharged and unhappy with lack of planning and poor communication with my treatment , never spoke to me as i was promised by one of the receptionists .

Just shows they do not need clients , thats the reason I left without finishing my treatment .
First thing you should do to show how unhappy you are with a service is stopping giving them money !

They are plenty of dentists in London....

Note :It's unbelievable that the clinic would never take accountability for their mistakes . The person who just replied to my review with this standardised reply is just as bad . I said I came to the clinic to fix a bridge and was expecting to do other treatments before moving to Orthodontics. You were the one that sent me to them without any proper planning !

The reason I'm writing about this is because Dr Alex had the audacity and lack of morals to take me to COURT because he couldn't take the truth ! He bullied , lied, and blackmailed me first to remove the review. I did not because I'm not scared of arrogant, dishonest people when I know I'm right!
This man claimed I made him lose money because of my review , like my negative review was the only one ! He claimed a specific client did not complete a tretment! He was so delusional that he thought that someone would believe that a client that meant to come to the clinic would infor him before that they were not going because they read my review . In the meantime, he asked the client what she wanted to do so he could calculate the amount lost. He had the nerve to claim that I should pay , I think, was around 2k !
He should pay me compensation, not the other way around !
