Ordered for first time , good quality suit for the money. Got a 9 year 5 piece only thing was little tight so needed to go size up . Have returned it as the grey wasn't as dark as thought be . But refund process was fast and efficient. Was little worried as read couple of reviews but no issues at all

I am extremely disappointed in this website. First you can't get to reach them ever on their telephone. I purchased a 5 piece suit for my son on 04/12 which arrived on time but it was so unprofessionally sown that one of the sleeves was sown tied and therefore we couldn't wear or even size it as he cant get his hand through the sleeve. I returned it and they sent me an exchange. I then size the exchange on my son which unfortunately was too small. I reached out to them via Instagram and they asked me to return it for the right exchange. I did returned it same day I received the item. They got the item 3days after signed by the same person who received the first return I made. I reached out to them this time on email, after several trials via their instagram page only for them to tell me they have not seen or possibly the item is lost. It was signed for by the same person who received the first one. They claimed they dont have anyone by that name who works for them. Am in shock as its same name and signature. It's been over 1 weeks now they claim to be looking into it and will get back to me before last week ending 24/12 and I have not heard anything till date. I sent messages on Instagram and by email but nothing yet. Not receive either an exchange or my money back yet.

Exchanged suit for replacement keeping age 13 trousers and shirt, but swapping to age 14/15 waistcoat and jacket.
Excellent customer service and replacement received in 2 working days so still in plenty of time for Xmas party our son was attending 👍

I ordered two suits for my sons on 26th November. The expected delivery was within 2-3 days. They sent me a royal mail tracking number which after 10 days still shows "sender is preparing to dispatch to royal mail".
I sent a few emails, they are saying it is because of royal mail strikes. at least after 10 days, my order would have been received by the royal mail. But it did not happen. I asked them for refund, but they refused to give me a refund either. Their Birthday is approaching soon, I am very frustrated. I do not know what to do. Asghar Ali

I initially ordered the wrong size for my son so I returned and ordered the size up. The return was processed very quickly and the replacement sent immediately! The free gifts are a lovely touch too! Unfortunately my son was taken ill before the event we were due to attend so he never got to wear the suit but they are amazing quality and I will definitely use this site for any formalwear for upcoming special occasions!

Ordered two outfits age 2 to 3 and 6 to 7 while the pants and waistcoat where perfect the shirts where too small I email the company and they sent the next size shirts out the same day! Excellent communication from them and very fast delivery thank you

I bought a 5 piece suit for my son. It arrived quickly and was perfect. My son (9) looked absolutely amazing in it. Great prices too. I'm so glad I found the website!

The suits are so reasonable and that doesn’t reflect in the quality of the suit at all. For a small child they just need something comfortable and wearable and this suit is just that! Really please with this overall!

Material isn’t great (would describe as high end dressing up quality), but fine for what we needed.

Sizing is a little misleading. We bought age 11 for a tall 10 year old. Perfect length, but if he wasn’t slim he would have struggled to get it on!

Tie and Shirt is not good quality otherwise fine.

do not deliver on time. I ordered a suit for my son for a wedding. I especially selected tracked service 1-2days. The item took 4 working days and therefore did not get sent in time for the wedding i bought this for. I would give zero stars.
