Had very bad experience with this company, ordered 3 childrens suits which came very quickly but were all creased up and were packaged in a very poor way. I also ordered a returns slip which was not sent with the order. I returned the suits which cost me £9.99! I called the compamy and asked for a full refund plus £9.99 as my returns slip was nor sent. Its been a month a refund has been made but no one has got back to my emails and calls regarding the postage. HONESTLY STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS WHEN THINGS GO WRONG!

Horrendous customer service! Ordered two suits matching for both my boys, for my youngest sons christening at the end of this month. I received an email after purchase to say one was out of stock and if I would like a refund or to wait until it was in stock. Therefore I replied. Despite multiple emails from myself, I have not had any further communication from them. Additionally, no one picks up when trying to phone either but they have taken my money. Definitely avoid Occassion wear!

Received a very poor quality 4 piece suit, which was fraying at seams and on the tie. Suit was received with stains (dirty). Called company up as soon as received and no answer on phone, no voicemail facility, emailed 3 days ago and still no reply. Now my son doesn't have an outfit for his baptism :-(. Wish I read these reviews before ordering, AVOID like the plague!

Do NOT use this company. I’ve had nothing but trouble with them and they never answer their phone or reply to emails. They sent me a faulty suit and when I sent it back for a replacement they then sent me the wrong suit. The wedding is in a few days and I can’t get in touch with them to sort it out. Absolute waste of time and I’m going to have go through my bank for a refund and buy a suit last minute from somewhere else.

Ordered two grey 5-piece suits.Ordered on the Sunday arrived by Wednesday.For the price I was pleasantly surprised.Suits are a great fit and my Grandson’s look very smart.The ties are a bit big (Adult sizes)…but who cares for the money!!Have now ordered a Navy one.Well worth the money and deserving of five stars!!

I ordered 2 grey suits for my young boys on Sunday and received package on Wednesday afternoon - great quick service. Material on suits is on a thin side and tie is not children size is adult one, but still all looks good. Good quality for a price.

Have just bought the boys 5 piece royal blue suit. It arrived promptly and, considering the low price, I was very pleasantly surprised at the great quality. I bought age 2-3 for my 2 and half year old grandson and it was just a little too long in the trousers and sleeves for him but it was an easy task to take them up and the rest of the fit is fine with a bit of growing room!

Absolutely loved the suits i got for my son! Brilliant quality and what's great is that they have the smallest of sizes available which all the other high street retailers don’t even have. Very happy! Will definitely purchase again!

My experience with this company has been very good. The suits went missing in the Royal Mail system, emailed the company and new suits sent out and received in two days. They were very helpful and responses quickly to my emails. Happy with the service and the boys suits.

Recently purchased 2 grey 5 piece suits for my young sons. The suits are great, the measurement guide is really helpful as I ended up buying a smaller size for my 7 year old after following the measurements stated and it fits perfectly! The fabric feels a little thin but realistically they are not going to be worn that much and they seem to be very comfortable according to my boys, so I think the lighter weight fabric helps with that. They can certainly run around in them ok! Ordered on a Thursday and delivered on the Wednesday (bank holiday was in between)

I ordered 2 of my boys suits for our wedding which was due to take place on the 25th August i ordered these on the 1st August to allow enough time. 2 weeks later and i recieved nothing i chased this with emails phonecall found a contact tel number which i dont know why this is on as i have yet despite numerous tel calls noone has ever answered this. I eventually got a response via facebook messenger to advise the suits had been lost in the post via royal mail and they would send them outagain which i dud recieve. My eldest suit lovely but trousers to small and so i messaged to advise this and was told to return and allow 2-3 days by this time to late to return. My youngest sons suit was missing his bow tie and the top of the shirt creased i was told they would send again and now its the 29th August and i'm still waiting. Not a good experience and extremely disappointed.

Rated my experience with the company and not the suit

If you want to purchase from here, do so but well in advance. There is no point paying for a next day service as this is completely ignored and I assume a way of generating that extra income.

I purchase a suit and shoes for my 2 year old for a wedding - This was done on a Sunday paying the extra for next day delivery. So this would be process on a Monday before 2pm for delivery before 1pm Tuesday, As that's what I paid extra for. I received an email Monday late afternoon saying its been despatched with tracking details.. Great. Well that's what I thought. Nothing was delivered Tuesday. I checked tracking which states it still awaiting collection. I tried about 50 times to contact via phone and No one answers. I emailed and No one replies.
Wednesday was still the same till late evening and was delivered Thursday. I had to delay my holiday a day to get this before making my trip up north to attend a family wedding.

The products are fantastic and fitted well which I cant fault. Its just the people running the place. No customer service. I assume it must be few people trying to get through what they can as and when it suits them.

Ordered a suit from them with 2-3 days delivery on 2nd August. Now 10th August and no sign of delivery. Tried to call several times with no answer which after reading the reviews on here seems to be a common trait. Should have seen the red flags when all the reviews on their website start with "I'd just like to thank" or "I'd just like to say thanks to". Have emailed too and no response. Will be calling the bank to try and get my money back.

I'd like to thank occasions for their fantastic customer care and understanding. Top class service

They don't answer the phone or email you back. I have not received my item so will be ringing bank today due to FRAUD concerns.

Excellent company good quality page boys suits brought two different sizes (boys inbetween sizes) returns easy process. Great value for money definitely use again .

I ordered 5 peice light grey suit for my son for his holy communion but i received dark grey .

ordered 2 suits for 6 year old, they arrived pretty quick and they are very well made and presented i would certainly recommend

I have to say i ordered a 4 piece suit for my grandson first to see what the quality was like, That was 2 weeks ago delivered within 3 days of ordering even ordering on a sunday night. Its amazing and fantastic value for the price. Since then i have bought 3 girls dresses for my Granddaughters, All are beautiful and very well made and and superb value. all came within 3 days of ordering and they all get a free pair of sunglasses. Well impressed Happy shopper
