O2 have become a terrible network…
O2 have become a terrible network provider since they joint with Virgin Media.
Everywhere the signal is weak, i never experienced this bad service before , i have been with O2 for over 15 years, if this don’t get better I have to force myself to move to different provider

Dean helped me get my sim working after a frustrating evening after purchase at coop. Data wasn't working but calls worked. He troubleshot and fixed the issue. Excellent customer service!

My SIM card randomly stopped working…
My SIM card randomly stopped working and it was so frustrating trying to figure out the problem. Luckily Dean was beyond patient and helpful. I was prepared to spend the most of the morning in store, but Dean was very efficient and had my problem fixed in approximately 15 minutes.
