Nu-Heat Underfloor Heating & Renewables Arvostelua

Engineer provided clear advice in a friendly manner, answered questions fully and helped me understand my issue, and then provided a solution

Always helpful with any problem or parts. Good to deal with

Really reliable company and a pleasure to deal with.

I installed Nu-Heat UFH 18years ago and carried out regular maintenance and each time I’ve requested replacement parts they’ve helped me with the correct parts every time and if I do make a mistake ordering I’ve had no issues with their returns policy. Thank you Nu-Heat

Very helpful, quick to respond to any enquiries

Great service. Returning customer

Prompt service, clear communication. Great service.

Helpfull service.

Always helpful with spares but the did tell me the wrong part for one element, it’s an old system. Also disappointed with the postage cost being standard when the cost and weight of what I ordered was so small.

The package was delivered in good time and the items inside were undamaged.
The parts worked and I was very pleased

Easy to find what I wanted, very quick delivery and importantly the price was excellent

Good customer service and prompt action for delivery. My only observation is about product pricing which is quite expensive for a single piece.

Ordering was easy and product was delivered promptly

Bought a heating system from them in 2012, needed new actuators as they do eventually fail. They answered the phone quickly, answered my enquiry easily and I was able to place an order for the parts on line easily. Parts turned up three days later using standard delivery. That's impressive for system that is now 14yrs old.

Firstly you get through to a human. Secondly the advice is excellent and spare parts availability and delivery next day perfect.

This item was left on the gate; 100metres from the house. I sent a message to DPD to put the Time clock in the back porch. I replied on 26 August to a requested review by NuHeat>>DPD that it had not been delivered properly; at nearly £100, I do not think you should trust the delivery service. I have not had a reply.

Required advice from the tech team to enable order of parts. Swift friendly and helpful response. Ordered parts dispatched same day as on-line order and received next day. Super service, thank you

Very helpful and a processional prompt service . Good design and technical details

I fitted a Nu-heat underfloor heating system 6 years ago, and the help desk continues to offer full customer support.
I can request technical guidance for specific changes, which other companies would only offer to trade professionals.
