Very easy to shop

Worst Customer service ever…and still ongoing


NOTHING BUT STYLE

"Nothing but Style" in my experience should be renamed “Anything but Customer Service".

My daughter and I have been trying for 18 months to try and get a modest refund of £138.75.

We have jumped through all the hoops thrown at us, including providing evidence of the goods being safely returned with proof of posting.

We have spoken to trading standards who advised us to take this matter up with the Small Claims Court.

We have asked “Nothing but Style” for its registered name and company address so we can initiate a small claims case. It has not provided this. That is clearly exceptionally poor customer service, if not extremely suspicious.

Horrible quality

Horrible quality, they advertise with pictures from other brands while they sell fake knock-offs from China.
Sizes are also Chinese, size S fits more like XXS.
On top of all that I had to pay 30 EUR for import to EU, because it wasn't clear they ship from UK. Returns are not worth it because you have to pay it yourself so you lose even more money.
I will never order again.

Nothingbutstyle is a Scam

This company deserve 0 star especially in customer services. I ordered a bag and they never explicitly said that the fees will be in charge of customers. Anyway it’s been 2 months and half and I have never received a refund.
