Wimbledon Honda did us a great deal on a used Jazz - it was probably in our favour that the branch was closing! Ravi could not have been more helpful, and the car was prepared immaculately for handover.

Helpful overall and straightforward&honest.Personally I would have hoped for a "surprise&excite" final moment when we picked up the car(e.g.free mats?)to make the overall experience memorable.Just a small bit of feedback but overall a very good experience!

Was in the unusual position of having to purchase a second hand vehicle while overseas without being able to drive test it beforehand so was a bit nervous about the process however everything went smoothly. Vehicle was entirely as promised and as seen on video.

Everyone at Norton were so helpful and welcoming. The buying and car handovers were so smooth and effortless that it gave us so much confidence. We love the car that we purchased and will have many hours and days using our new vehicle.

From the moment I raised a query via email I was impressed how quickly and effectively I was dealt with. This continued when we went for our appointment to view the vehicle. Our Sales person Marc was excellent, going through everything thoroughly and clearly. His after sales calls to make sure we are happy with our purchase are also much appreciated.

I paid a deposit to view a vehicle and an hour later the company called me to say that the vehicle was sold.
Then they said they will refund the deposit back instantly. This didn't happen. I contacted them 2 weeks later because the money was still not showing up as a credit in my account.
Calling back and forth few times I finally got my money back. Even the manager said he will call me back but never did. The stress and waste of time was never compensated.

Marc was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming, as were all the people there. He explained all the options available to me for the extras I may have wanted, and made the whole process smooth and straightforward. It was pleasure buying my car there.

Saw a car advertised by them which was just what I wanted. They have an online order form which I started to complete and this included collect from garage or delivery to home at a charge of £199 - I live in Leicestershire. I decided to call the garage to confirm a couple of things and was told a £500 deposit would secure the car but the sale would need to be completed in 48 hours. I was then told that delivery would be £500! I challenged this and the salesman agreed that the website clearly stated £199. I paid the deposit to secure the car on the proviso that the delivery charge would be as stated on the website. After a number of conversations the sales manager who wouldn't speak to me directly insisted that his decision to charge £500 delivery was non negotiable leaving the salesman embarrassed. I said no problem we can stop any conversation and I will buy the car from the website and pay £199. However the car had been removed as it was technically sold. If a similar car had been available elsewhere I would have told them to stick it so I decided to travel down by train and tube to collect the car my self. I arrived at exactly the pre arranged time and it took an hour and three quarters to process the paperwork most of which could have been done before my arrival. A lot of time trying to get me to buy different warranties including alloy and tyre insurance because the tyres cost "£200" when in fact they actually cost half of that. Abraham the salesman was pleasant enough but was constantly being guided by his boss who remained anonymous and in my view totally unreasonable.

I will never go back to this dealership. I bought a new car by phone through Carwow and when I raised a concern with a nauseating smell in the car we were initially believed, and the car was valeted, which made no difference. When we sought to return the car we were accused of lying about having left a window open for days, which was untrue - the bad smell was there when we collected the car - we assumed it would wear off. We were also told we hadn't driven it enough to clear the smell (we'd driven 300 miles in 3 weeks) and were using the wrong Aircon setting to clear the smell - whilst the dealer was also denying there was a bad smell. The dealer took us for a 30 minute drive in the car to test the smell, then told us subsequently he was uninsured to drive it! When another employee opened the car door and immediately said she couldn't smell anything, I pointed out she wasn't independent, being employed by the dealership, and she got really offended. Things then got seriously heated and unpleasant, and having offered to take the car back to ventilate it for a few days this offer was suddenly withdrawn. We left, having been told so many contradictory statements, having been accused of lying, and having experienced such a hostile attitude just weeks after choosing to buy a new car from this dealership, that we knew we would never trust the dealership to service a vehicle in future, or ever want to have dealings with this business again.

The whole experience was excellent. Ravi was very efficient and replied to all our emails and questions. We are very happy with our new car. Thank you
