Fantastic personalised service, great choices
Great personalised service. Not pushy, very helpful when I was comparing bikes. In fact, they recommended a bike on functionality rather than price, although there were more expensive bikes. This is the third bike I buy from Honda Chiswick, and always go back to them because of the consistent great experience. Will continue to buy from them.

Bike delivered with flat battery and severely under inflated tyres. No Spare keys, no service book no nothing. Salesman was fine and not his fault.

Poor pre-sale check and feedback
I recently bought a secondhand 2020 Honda VFR 800 from Honda Chiswick. It was low mileage, a good price and looked to be in excellent condition.
On the way home, I noticed that the rear brake didn’t slow the bike at all, even at walking pace. I also found the tyres to be seriously under-inflated: 20psi F 22psi R instead of 36 F and 42 R. None of this gave me confidence in the pre-sale checking of the bike.
When I called the person who sold me the bike, he said he would look into the pre-sale check. He didn’t get back to me about this. I have subsequently rung him twice and have been told he would call me back. He hasn't.
If this was from a small high street bike shop, I might have expected this sort of behaviour but not from the main Honda dealer in the UK.
