I purchased a jet 20" helical head planer from them, that they had advertised on their website. They emailed me afterwards saying they're not going to honor the sale price. It took a week to get refunded. Don't deal with this company. They don't stand behind their word

My experience ordering the box size i was looking for was simple. Strait forward information input couldn't have been easier. Keeping it simple is the name of the game when ordering anything. Good job i will be a repeat customer.

So I am going to say this, the people who actually work in the stores , specifically the San Antonio Northern tool store staff are AMAZING but Corporate are idiots and don’t treat there staff and employees good at all.

Finding the specific kit to purchase was easy. Payment using PayPal good but then sent to TrustPilot - confusing.

There was a free $100 gift card in my cart until I went to check out. Then it disappeared. Liars.

I ordred 2 items from Northern Tool. One item showed up much later than expected and not as pictured on the website. It was a refurb kit instead of the item pictured. After calling, I was given a return authorization number that required me to pay for shipping back and a 15% restocking fee.
The second item was a compressed are piping kit. 4 weeks after ordering it, they sent me an email letting me know it will not be back in stock for an additional 2 months. Luckly I was able to cancel that one without incurring additional expenses. Who know what would have shown up in 2 months.

Frustrating that your site somehow has incorrect po box and your editing will not let me correct it

I saw a listing for a lawnmower on the Northern Tool website, albeit on backorder. When I checked the Northern Tool Marietta location, I noticed one in stock. After calling to confirm, I was told there was one box left, so I headed over immediately.

When I arrived and asked for the lawnmower, they showed me an assembled version with a 3-year warranty for an extra $50. I requested the lawnmower at the online price without the assembly/warranty add-on, but my request was denied.

This discrepancy between what I was told and what was offered in-store raises concerns about Northern Tool’s consistency and honesty.

Yes, it works great and the battery lasts a good time. The three speeds all also great to have. I was able to get the grinder tool the battery 5hma and the charger. I would recommend to anyone that does construction or home hobbies.

I purchased a NorthStar gas-powered air compressor from Northern Tool for approximately $1,700. The compressor would not run from the moment it was received. I attempted to resolve the issue by contacting Northern Tool customer service multiple times.

I have called three separate times and spoke with both a manager and a representative named Tammy. I was told that Chris would return my call regarding the issue, but I never received a call back. At this point, the compressor still does not run and no resolution has been provided.

What is especially concerning is that I personally know of three identical compressors of this same model that also would not run. This raises concerns about a possible quality control issue with this product.

For a product at this price point, I expected Northern Tool to stand behind the equipment and help resolve the problem quickly. Instead, my attempts to get assistance have been ignored.

I am requesting that Northern Tool provide a proper resolution, either by replacing the defective compressor or issuing a refund. A brand-new piece of equipment that never ran should be handled promptly under warranty or return policy.
