I ordered a table top play stand and a separate base fir my two African Greys. They arrived in good packaging, on time and they were quite easy to put together. Birds are slowly getting used to it but I'm sure they'll be using it soon

My bird suffered a series of fits last year and I was advised by my vet to change his diet from the high fat food sold by most pet food suppliers. 12 months on he's got a new lease of life. He's now happy and chirpy once again, Oh, and thanks for the surprise free gift too!.

I was a little disappointed with the lack of packaging to protect the cage compared to a different company I had bought a cage before and there was a dent in one of the wires. However that is not your fault. I personally found it difficult to build due to the wires having to line up with holes on the frame. I found the roof very difficult due to my height. The instructions were great and I was able to follow them.On a positive note I found the web site easy to navigate. They explain what bird is suitable for each cage. It is a lovely size cage suitable for budgies. I liked the toys and corner perches that I bought from you. Now it is up the cage looks great and all I need now is some birds. I originally gave 3 stars but gave 4 as some of the problems I had was down to me I am not great as DIY stuff and the other issues were down to the factory. I would use this company again.

I've been shopping with this company for more years than I can remember and thats because they are great at what they do. They source items for you and really make strenuous efforts to get whatever it is that you need. Cannot fault them and that is why I have been a customer for so long

All ok easy to order no problems

Ordering was easy and straightforward. I had a phone call asking me to be sure of measurements etc and was told that returning would be expensive so be aware that the cage I ordered would fit etc. This is a 2nd liberta Cambridge cage as my amazon has been in the 1st cage for years so I knew exactly what I wanted. I made contact with delivery ppl following a txt to call them. Pallet Delivery was swift and parcel was large and heavy but all good. Cage has been built by one 71 year old woman. Nothing missing and all in good condition. So yeah. Can't fault purchase and delivery. No negatives. All good. I also orgered a couple of extra items that came straight from northern parrots which were delivered the very next day to being ordered. Excellent service all round.
