NIS Northern Industrial Sales Arvostelua

Tony Ball is excellent to deal with! enjoy going to shop there!

I was offered hand sanitizer for more than $16 per 500ml bottle at a volume "discount". Everywhere else is $5 to $7 per bottle. You're definitely price gouging customers, which is just plain wrong!

Enjoy Dealing with NIS and Derick Matsen. They are able to get me a quote in a short period of time and helpful in providing alternative options to my original request.

We love dealing with Northern Industrial Sales! We have always received friendly and quick service! Charlie is always very knowledgeable in his products. This is now our one stop shopping place from coffee to cleaners!
Thanks from A C & D Insurance!

I found the outside barrier a nuisance. Other businesses have inside barriers which allow for verbal conversation between sales staff and customers.

Unfortunately, this NIS location has some of the worst customer service around. Even if you know exactly what you want, the service is slow. They don't let you find the bolts you need. Pricing is generally higher than anywhere else. Employee turn over there is very often, so your always dealing with someone learning. Only reason I go here is the bolt selection; everything else you can get at a better price and with better service at other locations in town.

Was treated great, very comprehensive knowledge, great followup thanks so much guys!!!

Good courteous reception, helpful in finding the right parts etc.

Excellent customer service. Tony and Eric are always willing to help you find anything you need. They really go above and beyond your standard customer service level.

Love the staff. Always friendly and great service. Overly professional especially in these times.

Did not have chain falls that were in flyer in stock all were in montreal couldnt wait for shipping to prince george

Fast, knowledgeable, courteous service, as usual.

I made my first call to your company and I found that Peter's telephone etiquette was excellent, friendly, helpful and had suggestions for my needs. Also, Joseph at the front desk was wonderful as well as Peter. He was helpful, had excellent suggestions for my needs and fill my supply list in no time. Workers in the back warehouse were expeditious and brought my order with a smile. Keep up the good work you all and take care.

We always receive excellent service at Terrace NIS... Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about their products.

I just found out that my sales rep, Justin Tardiff, has been let go from the company. I switched over to NIS with Justin as I was happy working with him from his last position. I feel this has been a poor decision and will not be using NIS in the future.
