Not worth paying the extra U$20 for 5-7 days shipping...It's been 19 days ( 15 open days ) watch still not here. Send an email asking to refund the U$20.00, but no response. On the site, order was tagged as completed the day after. I'll do a refresh when and if I receive.

Would be nice when I would get an answer on my several emails,
because I've brought the Gavia and have nothing received at all, but the Order Status shows Complete.

I did not get any tracking number nor answers from you guys.
Maybe I should ask PayPal for buyer protection and ask for my money back.

after a year from buying, it's stop customer service. very very disappointed..

Update zu Northedge Range:
Nach noch nicht einmal einem halben Jahr ist plötzlich nach dem Joggen der obere rechte Knopf verschwunden!
Und nach App-Update auf V 1.0.0705.1 wird die mit GPS aufgenommenen Strecken nicht mehr angezeigt.
Wetter wird immer noch für Caluula (irgendwo in Afrika) angezeigt.
Die Uhr zeichnet kontinuierlich Herzfrequenzzähler auf, in der App keine Anzeige...etc. p. p.
Fazit: Northegde - Never Ever!!

Bought a ridge and altay 7 months apart both watches began to malfunction within a few months. the buttons of the ridge is too loose and slow to respond when pressed. as for the altay the second indicator around the edge became erratic sometime flashing or disappearing from screen.although sensors are working these glitches are irritating. so now I tried other brands like Spovan and Ezon. the quality is satisfactory .

So I purchased the watch and within 2 months the "waterproof" watch had fog appearing under the glass. I did not shower with the watch on or abuse it in any way. Nonetheless, within a week of the fog appearing the watch died completely. After contacting the company, the customer service rep tried to convince me to buy another watch with a discount. They offered a mere 15% off. Why would I buy another (most likely) faulty watch for almost the same price as the first? The rep then said he would give another $5 dollar discount with his own money. I turned down these terrible offers and will not be using this company again. I suggest no one else does either.

Don't trust these people. Getting a refund is impossible. I lobbed 16 different communications to them, with two responses from them: one to request a refund by sending them a PayPal invoice, the other I'll get to in a minute. So I did what they asked...guess what? Nada. Zilch. I have been on their case for 31 days to process the refund. I finally just went to the credit card company backing my paypal transaction to them to have the transaction disputed/reversed. I received the second email from them today, exactly quoted "we do not ship the order as you requested! And do not get your money!" So they have denied giving me a refund and I have no product to show for it.

DO NOT AND REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM NORTHEGE APYS SLUMLOARDS!!!!!!!! The landlord named Becky doesn't fix anything t ever the complex has a Huge bed bug issues she could careless about instead of exterminating whole property the dipshit does one apartment at a time whenever she feels she wants to many tenants have to ask over and over again and then they just come back a week later the bugs that is.She never fixes anything leaky ceilings she could careless about heaters not working she dsnt care bathtubs clogged with hair from previous tenant she is a disgrace this place is a hell hole I would rather sleep under a bridge than live in this place DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PATHETIC COMPLEX

Bought the Ridge2 watch, I spent an extra £18 for "express" delivery which I should receive the watch from overseas in 5-7 days, so in total, I spent £88.21. The watch arrived on the 8th day from when I ordered it, (what a waste of £18 for express delivery) and it had Bluetooth capability (the main reason I bought the watch), I tried to connect it to the app they recommend to download from the manual and it didn't connect whatsoever, I've seen online it should show a flashing Bluetooth icon on the face of the watch, and that didn't appear on my watch. It was faulty. I contacted NORTHEDGE and they sent me several emails telling me different ways on how to fix the watch. None of them worked, so I asked for a refund. They denied me my full refund, instead, they offered me £11 compensation refund. What a joke, £11 refund for a £88 watch, I emailed them telling them that, and they have refused any refund whatsoever, I have since contacted PayPal to help me get my money back. BE WARNED about Chinese knock-off companies if it sounds too good to be true, IT IS!. Stay away from this company, please.

*Update(12/10/2017) - PayPal has since sided with NORTHEDGE watch company. So be extremely careful with this company, it looks like PayPal are working with them. Unbelievable from PayPal.
