Very easy going

Very easy going, I had a couple of issues with transport and they still held my order until I was able to pick up. I would definitely recommend.

Product looks good

Product looks good - not used yet. Sorting postage was a hassle. Folding the box to post the pack is not great. A stiffer card envelope large enough to avoid this might help.

After reviewing your order, I can't actually find your order associated to the name, date of the order or the email used within trustpilot. Please ensure when you order from our website your personal information is accurate and up to date, to alleviate any confusion.

We, at Northeast Fireworks would like to sincerely apologise for the hassle the postage caused you, the reason for this is when you ordered online, you had selected the 'click and collect' option, which is free. The click and collect option was the only option available to you at checkout as we can not facilitate deliveries to your postcode.

On this occasion, we went above and beyond to get you your order through a third party courier, all relevant products, including the safety information were included in the packaging.

Please could you send your order number to the following email: dan@northeastfireworks.co.uk so we can refund your postage cost as a gesture of goodwill.

Excellent online service. Easy to use website. Good description and prices. Ready ti pick up within the hour. Parking behind shop for easy collection. Friendly , helpful staff.

Easy to order online for click and…

Easy to order online for click and collect. The order was ready for collection really quickly. It's great that some of the fireworks have videos for you to see what they're going to be like. The fireworks are very reasonably priced too.

Tip top place to buy fireworks

Tip top place to buy fireworks - website is easy to use and smooth transaction. When there was a slight mistake with the order they sorted it out super fast . Fireworks were of a really good standard

Fast and efficient order and…

Fast and efficient order and collection.
Knowledgeable and helpful staff who can assist u with an ample selection of fireworks.
Cheaper options available as we only needed a few, still great quality we were very impressed.

Unbelievable fireworks bought from…

Unbelievable fireworks bought from North East Fireworks. Better than any display. Love the videos so you actually see what your buying. In my opinion good prices for what you get. I spent over £150 so got free rockets too. Rockets were amazing.
