Noble Knight Games has been my go to online retailer whenever possible for many MANY years.

I’ve purchased many varying products from them, new and previously owned, as well as conducted multiple trade-in’s with them.
And I cannot emphasize how much I recommend them!
All of my experiences have been great.
Trades In’s are easy and fair.
You can purchase items with assurance.(and at a great price btw)

And the single time there was an issue with an order I had (manufacturer issue, not nobleknights fault), After the manufacturer/publisher was a no show on any form of assistance - Noble Knights customer service did everything they could to help me out.

Seriously, I understand there are many online retailers, but if you are shopping online and have the option to order what you are looking for through Noble Knight Games - DO IT.

A mere 3 days after I placed my order with Noble Knight Games for a card game with a rock climber theme, the package was delivered to my mailbox. The contents were complete, intact, new in appearance, just as promised. The cost of the game and shipping were entirely reasonable. There are a couple of avid rock climbers (sport climbers) in our family who also enjoy relaxing with a close circle of friends at the end of a strenuous day to play card or board games where advance planning and strategy figure prominently. Finding "Race for the Summit" at Noble Knight Games was like discovering a treasure in sand at the beach. I am looking forward to presenting the game as a surprise gift the next time the family gathers.

I made a mistake with my order and forgot to switch out a game. I sent a message after I realized my mistake after I sent in my purchase. Not only did I get a response, but the person made the switch to my order. It was above and beyond my expectations. I Will continue to use Noble Knights for a majority of my game purchases and even tell people about the company!

NK is an amazing resource and team. I am not shocked as they hail from the birth state of D&D. Their online shop is amazing with a great selection. While I dont live by I have already planned a road trip to visit the brick and mortar location. I contacted customer service with a super general question and they got back to me with some great suggestions. One thing I like about this hobby is the community and the folks at NK are as good as it gets.

I had recently had an order from Amazon that they were fulfilling. The 2 items arrived together, but one of the items was mislabeled. After looking at the labeling I noticed the incorrect labelling (the naming of the two items were similarly named, so I could see how it could have happened). I contacted them explaining the issue in detail, about the issue. They quickly and professionally took care of the situation. A day or two later, they sent out the correct item and a return label for the return of the item that was wrong. Once I received, the correct item, I was able to package up the incorrect item and send it back with the return label they provided.

As a side note, the few times I have ordered from them on Amazon, the items have arrived earlier than what Amazon says. Which is nice. And the above issue was technically all resolved before the estimated delivery date by Amazon!

Noble Knights has incredible inventory and great prices. I've ordered a ton of games over the last month and the first time I had a game that was missing a card and did not meet the quality of NM/EX as listed. I wrote a short email and by the end of the day I had received notification that a replacement was on the way, free of charge, as well as the shipping confirmation and tracking. Accountability and immediate action. Other companies should take note. I'm a new customer and plan to be a longtime customer. Thank you!

I bought a large game several months back, but hadn't had the chance to get it to the table. When I finally got enough friends together to play, we discovered it was missing several components, cards, tokens, etc. I figured it would be fruitless to report this, but reached out anyway. In response, Noble Knight shipped me another copy of the game on their dime, instructed me to take what was required to make the game whole, and provided the shipping label to send the incomplete product back. I was simply amazed by the level of service, and cannot speak highly enough of the great experiences I've had with Noble Knight over the years.

I have been a loyal customer of Noble Knight Games (NKG) ever since I heard about them during the Pandemic. Be it hard to find oldies or the latest war game creations, NKGs is always my go too! Their pricing is far and their customer service is as good as I have ever experienced from retail store. I’d like to especially recognize Sam Czarnecki from the NKG Customer Service Department. I have worked with him on serval occasions now, and his professionalism is only exceeded by his desire for customer satisfaction.

so quick and so helpful! I ordered an old little known game, and it came quickly in the mail. there was a small issue with the copy I was sent but noble knight fixed the problem immediately and easily. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

What an easy and fast experience. Very reasonable quote for multiple games and included shipping labels for FedEx. Boxed the games and a single trip to FedEx instead of multiple drops through eBay. That in itself is worth it me. Fast cash deposit. Can’t ask for me friendly folks and a wonderful experience. Would easily do this again with Noble Knight!

I have tried to buy the same product twice now from this company. Both times they have sent me a completely different product! Didn't even try to tell me the other one they had said was "instock" wasn't even there and now has me once again waisting time out of my day to try and find time to return the wrong item which was their fault in the first place! I used to really enjoy ordering from here but they just keep going downhill with missing pieces that were never acknowledged and now these two past experiences. I seriously don't think I will be ordering from there again if at anytime soon. Really a sour taste and customer service just ignores what you have to say.

Noble Knights has an amazing selection of games. I ordered from the UK and the items were dispatched very quickly, they were sent by a quality international courier service and they arrived within a few days. The items were well priced and exactly as described. I am now a big fan of Noble Knights and I will use them again.

I've only used Noble Knight Games a couple of times, but they've surpassed my expectations on both occasions.

Living in the UK, I was dubious of ordering from the US, but my purchases have arrived swiftly, well packaged and with excellent tracking.

EDIT: I wish to amend my previous review, due to the extraordinary measures that Noble Knight Games has taken to address my concerns. My most pressing concern was not the payment for an item with missing parts; it was that the transaction left me feeling that I could not rely on the item descriptions for used products. Not only did Noble Knight Games act swiftly to correct the erroneous item descriptions, they also reached out to let me know that they had updated the descriptions; but, more importantly, they also informed that they had implemented some new procedures to help ensure that these kinds of description errors will occur less frequently in the future. Many thanks and much appreciation for Scott, the Customer Service Manager; he really took the time to understand why the accuracy of the used items descriptions was so important to me, and went above and beyond to keep me informed of the steps they had taken to correct the underlying issues. I purchased a copy of Star Fleet Battles Module X1 The X-Ships that was represented as a used but otherwise complete copy in VG+ condition. The slipcover clearly states that the product comes with a 64-page rule book, a 96-page book of ship systems displays (SSD), and 108 cardboard counters. The copy arrived without the 96-page SSD book; and, Noble Knight Games did not, initially, act to correct their error. The only option they left me was to purchase the only remaining copy, which was advertised as having no slipcover, but being in otherwise complete condition. They did, however, physically inspect the second copy to insure that all the other parts were included, after I requested it.

In the process of trying to figure out how to somehow make myself whole without direct intervention from Customer Support, I put them onto to another item that was not as described in the product description text. They also physically inspected that product, and confirmed it was not what was listed, only one part from the described item.

More than 30 days later, the erroneous description is still displayed. Not only did they do absolutely nothing to correct their mistake, I had to email back and forth with their Customer Support for 10 days, before ultimately deciding it was better to just buy the other listed copy than get into trying to do a return on a fairly inexpensive item.

I recently completed a trade-in with Noble Knight Games, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was responsive, transparent, and professional throughout the process. Communication was clear, and they were flexible when I needed to update my inventory list.

Once the package arrived, the trade was processed quickly and my store credit was applied without any issues. I appreciate the fair valuation and the overall efficiency of the process.

Had a problem with one of my games being shipped with some broken pieces, they immediately sent me a replacement game. Great service!

I ordered SPI's Napoleon's Last Battles. The game arrived earlier than anticipated. The game came as described. Tray worn. The tray is serviceable. Took me a couple of days to inventory all the playing pieces. All the playing pieces are there and are in "like new" condition. One playing piece has an issue but that is because of a SPI misprint on either the map or the counter - not the fault of your store - nor will it affect playability. The maps themselves were in a "like new" condition.

I wish again to thank your customer service. I have now bought three games from you all total. I have had to deal with customer service twice. They respond in a timely manner regardless the day of the week. They have provided helpful suggestions and resolved problems to a more than a satisfying degree. I shall not hesitate to buy from Noble Knight should I want another.

I’ve bought from Noble Knight a few times and I’ve sold back my old games twice now and I can’t recommend them enough. The selection of new and old is huge. The ability to get a slight more used game that’s still in great shape for less is a welcome option. Some of my friends may have balked at the lower amounts for some games but this is how I think about it. They are cover shipping, they will definitely take your games and then it’s out of your house just taking space. No, trying to work out shipping and find a buyer or eBay or BGG. Overall, it’s a fair deal for boxes that otherwise would just take up space. And of course they give a little more for each game if you choose the store credit option which I always do. I’ve been able to get HEAT and Tamashii: Chronicles of the Ascend with my last trade-in and they were damn near brand new.
