Shout out to Customer Support when things went wrong
EDIT: Updated review.
I had a problem with a recent order, it took a while for NobleKnight to investigate, but they have resolved it beyond what I would have considered acceptable - i.e. they went above and beyond.

Really helpful customer service team (who went as far as confirming a print edition on a specific book for me), great prices, and a packing team that ensures your stuff arrives safe and sound.
Will be buying from them again!

Long Time Customer
I've been ordering from Noble Knight Games since 2009. In my latest delivery, there was an issue with a miniatures set that was of a condition that didn't match what was shown. I contacted Customer Service and the problem was corrected in my favor just hours later.
NKG's selection, prices, and turnaround are all superb, but the Service has kept me coming back for all these years and hopefully many more!

Great and Quick resolution of incomplete delivery
I received an incomplete game, and when I emailed them they sent out the replacement parts quickly, with great and frequent communication. The fact that it was incomplete in the first place was very understandable, since the publisher sent them the expansion without a box so they had to open the main box and fiddle with hundreds of pieces to put it all together.
