Nöa and Nani Arvostelua

Great products and very helpful customer support team! I bought a couple of Chest of Drawers and the instructions were even easy as well!

I found Noa & Nani by chance when looking for smaller size bunk beds. They have a fantastic range of products to choose from with really good prices. The ordering process was easy and different options were available for delivery. The bunk beds arrived on the day stated and were packaged well, very easy to follow instructions on how to put the beds together. Great products and recommended, I will definitely use this company again.

Fantastic company. Lovely products. Great service. Totally impressed with packaging. Everything so well labelled it makes furniture easy to assemble.

Ordered a bed from Noa & Nani. Lovely design, easy to put together and good delivery.

Very poor company. Customer service is terrible. Their products are even worse and horrendous quality. Buy elsewhere to avoid disappointment!

We purchased a storage bench through Noa and Nani. The item was good value and delivery was prompt, with good communication throughout.

We have bought both a noa and nani bunk bed and more recently a TV side table. The quality is amazing. The wood is heavy and solid. I feel secure in the knowledge that the products will last and also withstand 3 young children! Lovely design, with secure attachments. I was able to put all together on my own.

Have had multiple units in the Otto range -all fantastic value and quality
Delivered very quickly too

Good range of products, very pleased with quality of the item I purchased. Prompt delivery and good communication from customer service with a query. Recommend!

Wonderful company.. very responsive. Accidentally send out our bedside tables without the spare ‘white’ knobs, but they promptly sent these out within days of me raising it and was received within less than a week. Very impressed thank you

This is our third time buying furniture from Noa and Nani. Our order of a new bed frame arrived really quickly and was pretty easy to put together. The instructions were clear and all of the holes lined up perfectly. I always feel like the quality of the furniture is really good for the price you pay. We have had the tv unit, shoe rack and side tables for 5 years already (our previous purchases) and they are still great!

I bought an ottoman bed with them and the process was great. Delivery was on the dot and within a super reasonable time frame and the product is high quality. Would definitely recommend!

We bought a set of drawers about 18 months ago. They looked reasonably nice and were fine for the first year, but then all of the the joints started breaking. Given the cost, we expected they might either replace the unit or otherwise provide some sort of refund. After many emails back and forth over the past 4 months, each time asking for more details, new photos and suggesting they would escalate the request, we have finally given up and ordered a replacement from IKEA.

Overall, poor customer service that has wasted a lot of our time, a waste of money, and a not very well made product. Would not recommend.

I ordered a table through Noa and Nani as a similar one at Ikea was out of stock. The quality is great and it was very easy to put together. Delivery was quick and I would happily order from them again!

Ordered the kids toy box/bench
Very satisfied with the quality and the overall product
Would recommend

Very good service and great furniture

Fantastic company, really good products and delivery service. Would recommend.

We ordered a low cabin bed and it was so much sturdier and easier to put together than flat pack from other shops, really pleased

Fantastic offering with quality products at a very affordable price. I ordered the Karlstad dressing table it was super easy to put together and only took around one hour. The dressing table adds chic to my spare room. Would highly recommend.

Really happy with my recent purchase from Noa & Nani! The table is great quality, looks even better in person, and fits perfectly in my space.

What stood out most was the customer service- super helpful, responsive, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish.

Would definitely recommend and will be shopping here again!
